I have been coming to this store for about two years. Since I moved to the rock Hill area, they have always been super friendly. Sometimes I have a lot of papers to print, especially when I am planning events for my nonprofit organization Or new materials for my daughter who is homeschooled. I have always been able to get my copies almost immediately or within two hours. I have returned quite a few packages from Amazon also, and I’ve never had any problem with that. I always receive my receipt from The representatives, not that I ever need them. I always go to this UPS store because it is closest to my house every blue moon I will visit the one on Celanese.

Came in to drop off a few packages on 8/20. Maria (spell check) is not so friendly and lacks customer service.

UPS Store 4413, 1735 Heckle Blvd, Rock Hill: All the employees at this location are the very best, very nice, and always considerate, They are fast, well trained, they take their work very seriously and it shows in the results. I trust them 100%.
