I can't say enough about Nancy and the Unique Boutique! Going through breast cancer is stressful and overwhelming, but walking into this store has a calming affect. Nancy Perez goes above and beyond to make you feel more relaxed (and more human). Everything I needed to deal with the after affects of a double Mastectomy are in this store, from prosthetics to intimate wear to swimming suits and a ton more. But most of all, Nancy Perez is there. She has an understanding above all others. From being a great listener, and a great hugger to being your biggest cheerleader, she goes above and beyond her job description. Love this place. It's more than just a store.

I came across Unique Boutique while in town visiting family. As a breast cancer survivor of nearly 20 years I had no idea my insurance would cover new bras and form. Nancy was so knowledgeable and helpful with so much information. I am just thrilled being able to talk to someone who seems to like what she does and so darn helpful. Nancy, at Unique boutique in Rock Hill is the answer to all your unique needs.I have bought several wigs from her when she was in her other location and when I wanted a new win of course I came back to her.When I went in, I told her what I was looking for and she went straight to the wigs & I have it on today And after putting it on me, I never took it off.I walked out of the shop with it on my head.Her selection of wigs and merchandise are first class, and I would recommend her shop to anyone!

Nancy took wonderful care of my 18 year old daughter and me. My daughter is doing chemo and needed a wig. She is very young, but too old for any of the children's charities to assist her with a wig. My daughter is very self conscious about her hair loss. Nancy took such great care of us and found the perfect wig for my daughter.Nancy helped her feel like a kid too. Sometimes these experiences have been overwhelming for my daughter because everyone expects her to respond like an adult to these very difficult experiences and environments - even though she just turned 18. We were so taken care of here. I'm confident Nancy takes care of all her clients with the same level of care and respect.This store is such a treasure to have in Rock Hill. Nancy is a blessing to our community.

Came here today and enjoyed the shop. It is very inviting and professional. Nancy is lovely and so helpful, she gave a lot of suggestions and was very full of knowledge about these bras, and other options. She was helpful to order the things they didn’t have in the shop. Feel so comfortable each time I go to Unique Boutique in Rock Hill as Nancy is so very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. We actually have fun trying on various bras and forms which makes me forget that I am missing a breast due to cancer. I cannot express how thankful I am to have Nancy make me feel that this cancer was just an adjustment in my life that will not overcome me with grief and fear. Nancy envelopes me with warmth and caring and understands her products. If she doesn't have the product on hand, she calls other stores - her customer service is top notch!

My daughter was diagnosed with breast cancer in June of 2023. She has had some issues with her bras and the incisions. She works 5 days a week, 8 to 5, so she asked me to stop in Unique Boutique and look at their selections. I was met by a lovely lady named Nancy. She was with another customer, so I told her I would look around. When she came back to talk to me, she offered to come in on her Saturday off to work with Brittany. I too am a breast cancer survivor, so i joined Brittany for her appointment. The rest is history! Nancy was so kind, caring, knowledgeable. She worked with both of us and 4 hours later, we left there feeling beautiful again! It was an emotional day. My daughter just wanted to feel pretty again, and Nancy did that for her! It made my heart sing! Nancy is not only my new best friend, but she is an angel to the many women on this journey. Thank you sweet angel, Nancy:)

I was referred to this boutique by my nurse navigator. I initially went in for a compression sleeve, and was met by Nancy. What a big help she was, not only did she assist in getting me my compression sleeve but she made me aware of other things I could get due to my insurance. I was also able to get some bras. She was the biggest help, from start to finish at each of my appointments with her. She made me feel at ease, and I left the boutique feeling like a new woman, :-). Thanks again for the support, I'll def recommend to others.

I don't even know what to say. There are no words to express how wonderful Nancy is. I walked in, feeling overwhelmed and not knowing in what direction I needed to go in. She took her time and listened to every single word I said. She is truly an expert at what she does. She is funny, loving, empathetic, knowledgeable, and just plain superwoman. She goes above and beyond... Beyond to do everything in her power to make your experience the best it can be. We laughed. We cried. I walked in as customer/associate, but I walked out with a new friend. She is truly a blessing to Unique Boutique and an angel on earth many wish for.

I was a walk-in without an appointment. Nancy greeted me warmly and asked questions to assess my needs. She was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I hadn'tbeen fitted in several years so she did that first. I was in and out in an hour with new prosthetics and bras

Very friendly and efficient. Very knowledgeable about what a patient needs. Nancy eased my anxiety about wearing a prothesis after a bilateral mastectomy surgery. Nancy helped me choose the correct size of breast forms and bra styles that fit me best and made me feel very special. She was awesome and made me laugh a lot which I haven't been able to do these last few months. I would recommend everyone to go see them.

Nancy was so helpful. It's been almost 4 years since I'd gotten my last forms, and I knew it would be challenging to find something in stock that would work for me. Nancy went above and beyond to try to find the best options for me, and was able to determine what we could order that would fit. I'm looking forward to returning when my items arrive and I can get measured for my new custom forms.
