Was never told upon pickup that the truck was due back before or at the same time as pickup. I was told 2 days. I was then charged 83 bucks because apparently it was due back st the same time… I called and they said it was on the receipt? I reserved and paid online. I’m sure I received a copy but never looked at it because I was told two days. Filing a compliant with corporate.

The parking was a little tight for a 26' truck with a car hauler but the people were very helpful and good to work with. Check-in must be done online and you should do it while you're there

Fix your hours! Showed up because you website said you open at 9 and you don't open until 10am on Saturday.

We moved from Michigan to North Carolina at the end of June beginning of July. First of all we were not told when we picked up our truck that the rental cost would be deducted from our credit card twice and the deposit would be refunded when we brought the truck back. Secondly we brought the truck back on our scheduled day in July and this is now November we still haven't received our deposit back. We've been told many times that someone from the corporate office would be calling and they never did. We finally got to speak with someone from the corporate office about this and was told they would be mailing out a check certified guess what it's been over a month now and still have no check.
