Really appreciated the service. My car looks brand new on the side that they serviced. It took a little longer than expected, but overall I would recommend and take my car here again.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to me calling the day of pickup and realizing it wouldn't be ready for another 2-3 days.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Tom’s body shop that left me thoroughly dissatisfied. On December 11th, 2023 I dropped my car off to have the fender and the passenger side headlight replaced. It was estimated to be done in two business days. Two weeks prior to the December 12th appointment, Erin, the manager of store, asked if we wanted the headlight brand new or used. I said used was fine if it is cheaper as long as it worked and it was the right headlight type for my car year and model(LED headlight). The wrong headlight was ordered by the manager and the shop proceeded to install a Halogen based headlight which was a surprised to me. During pick up the technician assigned to the job wanted to charge before having the ability to look at the work. After asking to see the car, I noticed the headlight that was “fixed” was not turning on and only the driver side was working which was untouched and didn’t need any work. I questioned Garrett, the technician, as to why it wasn’t working and he proceeded to open the hood and plugged the light back up. (Was disconnected). Light comes on and it was a Halogen based headlight emitting a yellow tone light which was very noticeable as the other side was an LED emitting a white tone light. Technician admitted that wrong part was ordered, however the manager mentioned that “the right part was ordered, but you told me you wanted the cheapest one”. There was never an apology or owning up to the mistake by Erin. Shop agreed to order a new headlight and charge the difference of the two prices. After incurring additional costs and delays, the shop calls and mentioned that a module was needed for the new headlight which we did not account for and demanded that we made a quick decision as we were now “holding up her lot” and that she would start charging “storage fee” if we didn’t make a quick decision. We proceeded to move forward with the module that was required to get this job finished. On December 19th, Erin, the manager, claimed that the car was ready again. Since there were additional costs that were incurred I wanted to review the charges but the manager seemed bothered by this and accused me of insinuating that they were cheating and tried to rush the payment process. We reviewed the car and the headlight was working fine, however, when toggling the headlight controls the new headlight that was installed did not have the LED strips turning on as the other side did. When asked, Garrett(technician), and the manager(Erin) came outside with an attitude and tried to dismiss my concerns. Technician proceeded to hit the headlight with his hands to make it come on. After realizing that the light in fact was not working, they mentioned that it was “malfunctioning” and that they would have to order yet another headlight. Again, there was no apologies, there was no customer service provided. It was quite the opposite as the manager was very confrontational and would not admit or own up any issues with how everything was handled. Since I reside four hours away and could not leave the car again in the shop I let the manager know that I would be doing a review online, to which she said, “if you do a review online just know that I look at them and respond to them and I will wash my hands on this job”.but overall this was such a horrible experience not only the poor service received but the lack of commitment and the consecutive mistakes during the install.I am sure this shop has been great for some, but I wanted to share my experience as I am thoroughly displeased with my experience at Tom’s body shop, falling short of the expected professionalism. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to enhance the overall customer experience at this location.

This company was very thorough with what was to be done to my vehicle. They informed me every step they were going to take to get the job finished on the date that was specified. When they had to go beyond the finish date, I was given a call with an explanation and the new finished date. I appreciate the honesty and informed information that was shown (given) when my vehicle was at Tom’s Body Shop. Thank you again guys and ladies.Services: Painting

Tom's did exactly what I asked of them. Put my car back together precisely how it was before I was hit. The repairs look wonderful. Super satisfied. Unlike chain body shops, Tom's is local, experienced and staffed with down to earth people that make you feel like a friend not a customer. Highly recommend their shop!

It’s funny to me because I was referred to this company because they did great work and from the reviews I see they do. But I went in to try to get an estimate and there were three staffs within the building, two men and a lady, the lady came over to greet me and I told what was going on and that it was going to be paid out of pocket, not by me but by someone else that didn’t want to go threw their insurance company. The lady gave me every excuse not to write up an estimate unless I was certain I was bringing my car to them to get it fixed, so she wrote the guesstimate coat on the back of a business card and to get her to even write that was like pulling teeth. Extremely unprofessional. 2 stars just for taking the time to come out to my car just to write the cost on a card.
