I really enjoyed performing at the Tom Getty center. But they need to open the side bathroom at least for the performers. I'm just saying. But I love the feel of the building and placement.

So much great stuff going on here on a regular basis, can't say enough about this venue and the opportunity this provides for local artists of all genres. Will continue to support many times over without hesitation.

The Art Center was amazing..... One-word Poetry Festival hosted a Slam Poetry Session and all I can say is that it was great!

I had an opportunity to visit this Center for an Art Presentation by local Artist, Molly Lastra called the Woodlands Series. It is focused on the environment, impermanence, and memory. Many of the pieces were painted from found images and personal photographs. I find her blending of light, color & images to be stirring in a singular fashion. In an earlier time, I had an opportunity to acquire a piece of her art called 'Smush' and have been an appreciator of her art ever since. I would encourage those who find joy in art to google her website on-line.

I have been coming to The art centers in Gettys Art Center for years. The professionalism and fine art is unprecedented for this area. I highly recommend you visit!

I have been to some art scenes in some cities that are ten or even a hundred times bigger than Rock Hill. What they have going on at this Gettys center is OFF THE CHAIN! For starters it is located in this really cool looking old post office. Old buildings really are fun places to have galleries and events. There are multiple floors and rooms in this venue and nearly unlimited possibilities. You can have a decent sized concert, you can host events you can use the halls for galleries, you can use random rooms as studios. This place is AMAZING!
