Very friendly, helpful staff. I left home without bringing some forms I needed. I stopped by to see if they would be able to gelp me get forms from my phone to an email and ultimately printed. I'm illiterate in this area but they helped me through the process. Amazing service.

I would highly recommend stopping by this UPS Store (2736 Celanese Rd). I was running a little late yesterday and pulled up to find that they were closed and no one was inside. The employee who had closed that day was packing up his car, noticed me at the door, and informed me they were closed. However, when he saw that I had only one box with me and a QR code, he offered to let me in and help me with my return. I was in a bit of a bind and his act of kindness really helped me out. I could not be more thankful!

They’re sneaky here. I’ve never had to pay to return an Amazon package but when I was returning mine to this location today they very conveniently left off the fact that I had to pay a “label printing fee” of almost $3 to print off one piece of paper for the label until I was about to walk out the door. She then told me, as I was already paying, that if I had a QR code that I wouldn’t have had to pay their label fee.Take the extra 5 minutes and go to the UPS by Earthfare and Winthrop, they’re dishonest via omission here.

Kamal was so kind and helpful, there was a package drop off I misread that needed to be customer packed. He let me know that I needed to have a different box and not the manufacturer box for Amazon to accept. I went and grabbed a box at home, he actually recognized me and made my process for return so much easier. I appreciate the above and beyond information he has given me to ensure amazon took the return back.

Going to this store may have been the worst customer experience I have ever had! When I tried to do a simple return I was turned away without service even though I had all the proper packaging and labels. I will NEVER go here again!

This UPS store provides the best service I've experienced compared to any other. They're consistently friendly and hospitable. The owner, Kamel, is always smiling when you come into the store. Even when there's a line, it moves quickly. It's certainly a small business worth supporting.
