Getting the run around from these people. Was going to buy an iPhone 14 because it was $5.99 per month with our trade in. The representative told us that if we get the 15pro max, AT&T will give us a $1000 trade in. Well I said that was a no brainer, so we did the 15 pro max. I went in the next day to bring the old phones back. She then said, that they would only give us a $700 trade in. She said call me on Friday, (yesterday the time I am typing this.) I called and the other rep would not let me talk to the original one! These people are now jacking me around with this! Usually when something is too good to be true, it is!!! Don't trust! Go to Verizon next door. Maybe they will be honest... Now I am stuck with $50 per month payments for 36 months!!!!!!!!!

I want to publicly thank an associate at the TMobile store in Rock Hill near Newport. I should have gotten the spelling of her name but I didn't. But her name starts with an "O" i.wanna say she said Oxan. She was very knowledgeable of my device, she set it up after the store I initially got it from failed to do so. I will get her name and come change it.Again thank you!

Tameer, the store manager, is exactly what customer service is all about. We had already done our research, and thought we new what we wanted, but Tameer was able to show us something that not only saved us money, but was better for our needs! He is also very professional, and skillfully handled another customer trying to cut the line of people, and efficiently managed the other associates to get all customers taken care of. I had no real opinion of T-Mobile before, but thanks to Tameer I will tell everyone about my wonderful experience.

This place is the worst. I brought my phone in on a Monday, it wasn't working couldn't access my home screen....employee put in a warranty claim said it would be overnighted. Went next day it wasn't there. Came back following day and different employee says (it's not a warranty exchange, it's an insurance claim) mind you they had my replacement in the back...guy says oh well that guy that put in a warranty claim doesn't typically work here...then I had to pay 106.00 for insurance claim and it's been 3 days and still haven't received my phone. I don't know what these guys are doing here but they are a bunch of idiots and have run me around for the last time. I'm quitting my 5 lines with T-Mobile and going somewhere else.

Tameer is the store manager, but he should become the next CEO of T-Mobile. We must have made 15 inquires with T-Mobile to solve a problem we were having. They all said, “We cannot resolve your problem for you.” We felt helpless, until we walked into the Rock Hill store and had the good fortune to have Tameer there to help us. I explained what was our issue and he came up with a solution in less than a minute. Instead of saying he couldn’t help, he used his common sense and intelligence to find a solution.

The manager who helped me , I believe his name is Austin ( sorry terrible with names ) , is very good at what he does. He's very professional and very proficient. He switched my service from AT&T to T-Mobile. I have always had a hard time in the past, but due to his efforts and knowledge it was a seamless transfer 10 out of 10 for Austin and the customer service.-Abbie

Christopher get a shout-out as the only redeeming quality T-Mobile seems to have. He deserves a better job paying more and anywhere else. My mother has had their service for years. I was moving her to our Cricket plan and looooong story short the process of getting the info to move her phone number over to Cricket took no less than two visits to this T-Mobile location, 3 personal calls to the customer service number, as well as the associate Christopher calling in 2 or 3 times over a period of two days. The customer service representatives on the phone were rude to their in store associate, did not seem to know how to perform their job (not one, all of them that we spoke with). Each time we would get a different story and then find out we needed more info than they gave us, forcing us to call back as well as driving back and forth. This was the most ridiculous experience I have had with a company. She was already being charged an absurd $90 a month. So glad to be done with T-Mobile forever. Unless they feel like contacting me for all the details of this disaster. I'd welcome it. The albeit childish moral to this story ringing through my head after this incredibly frustrating experience is Cricket Rules and T-Mobile drools.
