They deserve NO Stars!!!! I’ve been using this salon for a while just for pedicures I went on a trip in March and had a manicure the polish didn’t last 3 days I was told to get gel polish the next time I went back Aug 25 got a French manicure went on vacation nails started chipping back from vacation on Sept 1 went back to show them my nails how they were chipping they said that’s just growth I need my nails redone ? now before you said reg polish only last a week and gel last longer this only lasted 7 days needless to say they wouldn’t redo my nails that’s the last time at that place It’s sad the way they do business I may be only 1 person taking my business elsewhere but I’m sure others will follow this is not a good place!Service: French manicures

Walking in at 5 pm,signed In, sat for about 30 minutes, with one person ahead of me. A nail tech asked what I needed done, she, said, they don't have time. Even though closing hours were at 7:30.. If they were closing early, they should have told me as soon as I walked in.

I called early in the morning to schedule and when I got there after work the solon had 2 hours to remain open, and 1 client. The lady with the white short hair asked what color I wanted. Told her that I wanted 3 different colors and she told me that I was being difficult. Most people have every nail on every finger a different color. I left. So unprofessional

I walked in to get my nails redone simple dip powder and cut down. The lady said not possible and said can’t do. I wasn’t given a reason so I got up and left. This is the second time I’ve tried them.
