My family came here for my husband's business trip and while he was out, the rest of us stayed in the room. The stay was mostly pleasant. Everything was clean. The only complaint I have is the fact that none of the employees spoke English, so trying to communicate my needs was hard. I kept receiving too many towels and no rags. The employees tried their hardest to understand but communication was difficult.

Very accomodating and comfortable. A great experience for our first of many stays.
Jennifer at the front desk was very sweet and professional. She made us feel very welcome right from the start. I had an ESA Dog with me and she managed my ID easily for this too.
It was my essentially my fault but I didn't like the 3rd floor room. As a USN Disabled Vet it made it a little more difficult for me. Again, this was on me as I should have made a request which I will do for our October 10th and our December 27th stay.
Two things to make it better:
1. Better pillows / option of memory foam
2. A small table in the suite rooms. All the accommodations for cooking and a long stay are there but no where to actually eat.
Rooms: King Suite was a generous size with exception as mentioned above.
Food & drinks: Breakfast was solid. Decent selection and fresh.
Noteworthy details: Staff was outstanding.

I stayed Monday, September 2, 2024 - Wednesday, September 4, 2024. The hotel was nice and very clean. Housekeeping did make my bed, removed, replace towels and take out trash even though I was only there for two nights.
The breakfast was ok. I wished that they had blueberry muffins. The OJ was kind of watery. On Tuesday they had a happy hour but I did not get back in time to partake?.
I definitely would recommend this hotel.
Rooms: The room was very clean. Even though I did not get to use the kitchen, I loved the fact that it had one.

This hotel is by far the best hotel in Rockhill S.C. every time I come here this is where I stay. The rooms are large and clean the entire hotel is very clean and everyone is nice and friendly.
Rooms: Very large and clean
Safety: Very well lighted at night
Walkability: You can walk to the Mall and bowling it's right across the road and traffic is not a problem where the hotel is located the Mall is right in front of the hotel.
Food & drinks: The breakfast is awesome and they have a small social gathering on Mon. Tues. and Wednesday and it is great they have food beer, and wine. I think that it is wonderful because it lets you meet other people as well.

I honestly don't know how this hotel has a 4.8 on here. I'm so glad I only was passing through and stayed one night. Aside from the lobby area the hallway rugs and elevators are disgusting. Stains everywhere & a sour smell in the one elevator that was working. The pool was closed and so was the gym and by the next morning the second elevator was closed & I had to carry my bags down the stairs from the 4th floor. My room was gross. The kitchen had fingerprints everywhere and thankfully I decided not to cook anything. The rugs and walls were stained and banged up. My shower didn't even get hot. I will say, the sheets were clean thank god! My neighbor had dogs barking (no wonder the rooms are stained a gross) and the only nice thing was that the concierge offered to move my room to quieter one. They should definitely do some painting with some fresher colors. Everything is pea green. And some brighter window treatments. Very depressing in there. I paid for a 4.8 stay and it was barely a 2.

I loved everything about this hotel except the elevator. For it to be only 5 floors the service was terrible. I appreciate the late night swim hours, the patio with the basketball court, & the laundry room.
Food & drinks: The Breakfast Waffles & Potatoes were amazing!

I understand what it's like to have to complete a room cleaning in such a short time, so I always clean & sanitize my rooms when staying at a hotel. The Staybridge wasn't nearly as dirty as other 4/5 star hotels.
After mopping the room, the water was quite dirty and the phone was yucky, but every other surface seem to be clean, even the remote surprisingly!
All in all, our stay was great! The breakfast was pretty good; Mondays to Wednesdays, they offer a cute little social for guests; and there's a laundry room, which is rarely a free amenity. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

As a I h g remember, we have been very happy with staying at the staybridge suites. Seems a little upgrade over Holiday Inn express. And the price is still very competitive. This particular hotel was conveniently located off the highway, as well as not too close. Plenty of places to get things to eat and check in and check out or very quick.
Rooms: Traveling with kids who's fun. However, staying in the same bedroom with them stinks... We love that this has a bedroom and a living room area that they can crash in. And we can get some sleep.

Booked through the hotel website tell me why after driving 8 hours for my sister's funeral so be told their website out me in for a day earlier when I have confirmation i booked for a certain night needed for them to tell me they have to do an investigation before giving a refund or giving a room so either stay no where or pay another 179.00 if your grieving and don't want a head ache on top of your unimaginable heart ache do yourself and your family I also have two children with me a favor and go stay somewhere else a tent would be a better choice.

Stayed one night at the halfway point on a long trip and we were upgraded to a suite automatically. We had two pups one 50lbs one 20lbs, no issues at all walking them around the hotel. Breakfast was free and surprisingly good. Room was beautiful had a full kitchen and staff was very helpful. The pantry downstairs was also very convenient to have late night, items a little pricey but not surprising. Recommend!
