Will never go back. I took my wife's car to get the oil changed and a few days later it's all gone. We didn't have any spots in the driveway and I couldn't figure it out. A couple of weeks later I take my car in for an oil change and I'm behind a truck that's being serviced, so I'm waiting my turn and I noticed the service guy and the driver were talking. So I'm wondering how long will this last? Then the driver gets into the truck, cranks it up, and I noticed he was dripping. I thought about my wife's car and I backed out, pulled around to leave and saw the oil spots the truck was dripping. No thank you, I'm good.

Had an oil change on 10/29/2021 and the serviceman reinstalled the oil filter housing so tight that it cracked my oil pan. I had my car towed to the dealership and he confirmed that the serviceman that did my oil change cracked my oil pan. I went to Lube Express and told the serviceman about my issue and he called the owner who was out of town but said that he would contact me. I never received a call from the owner. I went to the W. Main Street location several times but the owner was not there. I spoke with him later by phone & was told to pick up the check on Monday. I went by on Tuesday and finally on my third visit was able to talk to him. He got real nasty and stated that he wasn't going to pay because my car had a leaking gasket and the oil leak was not caused by his serviceman. He fired the serviceman after this incident and he also told me on last Friday that he had filed a claim with his insurance company and that I could pick up payment on the following Monday. However, as stated earlier, he had a totally different tone when I went to pick up payment. DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED AT LUBE EXPRESS - 445 S. HERLONG AVENUE OR AT 174 W. MAIN STREET, MIKE, THE OWNER, IS NASTY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

The vacuum took my money and did not work. Also none of the credit card readers in any of the base woodwork.

I have been going to this place for over ten years and love it. I get my oil changes done here because you get in and out quickly. Also they do the oil changes while you sit in the car. That's great especially if you have kids. The prices are fairly reasonable. They do other minor car work as well but the oil change is my specialty. You will love it
