My husband and I have had several moves over the years and we have always used Smith Dray Line. Their staff is consistent, professional and courteous. We have never worried about anything because we knew who would be there packing, moving, and taking care of us from start to finish. Always had a great experience.

I'd give 10 stars if possible!!! Thank you to everyone who made my second state to state move in the same year flawless. I used Atlas in my first move so I trusted them as well for my second. Rhonda who did my estimate, Adrianne who set everything up (and kept my sane) and Terry (the driver) and his team were excellent. The communication was perfection. I never was left guessing anything. They day of my move out of SC there was a huge thunderstorm however Terry let me know he was watching the weather and as soon as all was clear he'd be there. And he was! The move out was done in less than 90 min and (on my end) it went without any issues. I 200% recommend!

What a disaster. This company had been highly recommended and the sales person was terrific. The crew, however, was every person's nightmare. The cranky crew chief was there to get things done as quickly and carelessly as possible according to his plan not the schedule laid out by the salesperson. It was a two day move, with them packing the truck one day and moving the next. Where the truck went overnight we di t know, but the next day instead of returning to our home for the last couple if items, the crew chief told my husband to have me wait for a small truck at our house and meet him two hours away at our new house at 9 a.m. Well he was almost two hours late and they were late for me, too. This meant that I was unable to direct the location of boxes and furniture at the new house, and it was left up to my husband who was overwhelmed with the crew. As a results, by the time I arrived they were almost finished unloading the truck and told my husband to go with them to load the storage unit. It was such a slam bdm thank you ma' am that my head was spinning. Stupidly we tipped way too generously which didn't seem to improve the crew chief's temperament or service. When they left we realized that things were missing and horrifyingly misplaced. An antique table marked " storage" as in seif- storage storage unit was randomly thrown in a hot attic storage space with insulation and rafters-- we had NEVER requested. A rig is gone, a box of my shoes, good cowboy boots and several handbags including a treasured antique from my grandmother are gone. Boxes of art that were clearly marked for the upstairs were left in our living room, and our storage unit was a mess...as if teenagers had randomly packed it. The company told us we had to submit our damages right away and although they reimbursed the damages we could see, we had to hire someone to rearrange the storage unit and it wasn't until a few months later that we realized they had damaged furniture that should have been wrapped. They put extremely heavy things on top of antiques. They scratched the legs of our previously perfect coffee table It's truly heartbreaking. We couldn't see any if this just after the move so the crew's damage was hidden in unit which was impossible to navigate. I would never ever use this company again because they said this crew had been with them a long time. I hope this review helps someone else avoid this company, and lets the company how much upset they caused us. And I'd like to know what the heck happened to our missing items...they never should have taken our things overnight!

Recently had Smith Dray Line movers move my condo and my wife’s townhouse items to our new home and they did a fantastic job. The crew was very friendly, very caring about the delicate items and made sure that everything was handled with care. They worked very hard and were professional/knowledgeable during the three separate moves. I would highly recommend them for your move needs.

From start to finish, our recent move with Smith Dray was wonderful. We were impressed when we received a card in the mail that said you would not keep calling us to get the job.When we called back, your representative came to our home and assessed our needs and offered options to meet them.The movers were incredible. We had a great experience from start to finish with Smith Dray Line for our move in December 2020. Every employee, from the estimator to the scheduler to the moving crew, was professional, courteous, helpful, and prompt. All communication was timely and thorough. Our belongings were treated with care and arrived in great shape. We also appreciated the [free!] used boxes for our packing. While Smith Dray Lines' estimate was not the lowest we received, it was a very fair price and we certainly got our money's worth--and peace of mind as well. By far the best mover of several we have used over the years.

The move went great! But I soon learned that I should have downsized even more.The additional packers were greatly needed. And the moving guys were all superior.The hardest part for me is that I had a terrible accident after being in my home for only 2 days. I broke my shoulder tripping over a cooler and landing on the floor. Went to ER, doctors visits, and shoulder replacement surgery on Sept. 16. And the doctor says no driving, no unloading boxes...just rest. It may be months before I get settled in. But I love my GA home!

These three guys worked hard, but efficiently. Everything made the move- nothing broken or lost. No complaints about all the stairs either. I highly recommend Smith Dray Lines for your stuff!

From the coordinator, to the dispatcher, to the men who delivered our household goods this was the best of 19 moves I have done in a long military career. Despite COVID, unrest, and uncertainty Smith Dray came through for my family when we needed to adjust dates, change delivery details, and even send a recon of a difficult driveway. They were responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I want to highlight Heidi Westbrook, my go to person for making things happen and Terry's crew: Troy, Boris, Stan, and Tyree....they were superb. Mission accomplished and well done!
