Staff was friendly and profesional when I brought my car in. When the car was ready all looked well and they sent s survey link which I completed as satisfactory. A couple of days after I picked it up I noticed a gap on one joint of the bumper they had fixed. I came in and they ordered a part and fixed it but it took about a month since bringing it in. Then took the car to wash and one of the back bumper sensors came lose and the rear brake system camera was not working properly. In I go again and they said they would order the bracket that holds the sensors in place. Never heard back for close to a month until I noticed some “fish eye” flaws on the repaired bumper and went back in for this. I mentioned the sensor bracket and this time they ordered them. Went back to the shop again to have this repaired. I pointed out some crease-like marks on the paint and I was told that I must have been hit and it caused the paint to crease. I mentioned that it must have happened when they left the gap on the bumper and I had to constantly “push” it back into place but they said they would not cover it under insurance and that they would “write” me an estimate for the repair. It’s been over two weeks and I’m still waiting to hear from them. Needless to say it’s been s frustrating experience with this shop and I would not recommend it.

Our insurance company referred us to this location to have repairs done to our vehicle. They replaced the hood and bumper and painted our vehicle. It has now been 7 months and the paint is starting to chip. We took the vehicle to the shop to have them look at it and the service lady there was rude and unprofessional. She didn’t even look throughly at the vehicle before she stated that it was rock chips and not their work. She then proceeded to tell me that it was due to living on a dirt road with rocks which I don’t live on a dirt road and then told me it was due to driving on the interstate as well. I told her the vehicle barely gets driven due to my husband having a work vehicle. Obviously the 100% lifetime warranty/guarantee is only good when they want it to be and they definitely do not put the customer first. They will give you every reason under the sun to make it not their fault.

I brought my vehicle after someone hit my back door. Inspection and estimate was quick. Kind staff. Got my vehicle back less than 2 weeks, looking brand new. Overall, they do a great job and they’re there if you have any questions or concerns you may have.Service: Body & Trim

They are a great place for autobody work. My experience was very positive, with a BIG shout out to BAILEY at customer service. I would definitely put them at the TOP of my list of autobidy shops to consider in this area.

Incredible. Very personable. They were very informative and kept me up to date with everything. Really went above and beyond what I had expected. They seriously care. My car somehow looks better than before it went in. Their name suits them.

Great customer service, constant updates in repairs made to my vehicle. I got my baby back and it never looked like she was never in a fender bender!!! Thank you Service King family!!!

Not bad. Everything looks great and works well...my only complaint is that my hood doesn't close like it used to before the accident there is a gap about an inch on the left side of the hood that used to also not be there. They said it was previous damage from a previous accident but the car had never been in another accident before. We also had to personally change a couple of clips because they used the wrong ones and the door made a clicking noise and the plastic protector when you open the hood was not fasted down. I don't have to get a new car which I'm thankful for overall I'm happy just wish they were more detailed .

Overall experience has been very good. I've only used Service King for repairs through my insurance company, USAA. The work and customer service has been splendid. However, my last claim resulted in three trips to Service King. The first for "the initial work and repair". The second for "my bumper is not flushed to the car and it's missing a fastener". The third for "bumper still not flushed and the replaced fastener is still there". On the third time, they didn't communicate with me a plan on how to flush the bumper but instead took my car to the back. A few moments later they drive my car back around. I pull on the bumper and it's still not flush, but this time I see they put glue on the bumper and pushed it back in. At this point, I explained that Google tells me that using glue is the cheap and easy way for "regular" folk like me to use. So why are they using glue and not the brackets and fasteners correctly... Long story cut short. I had to call USAA for my insurance company to act as my middle man about the quality of work on my car. I went through my insurance company to get Service King to honor their 100% body and paint warranty. Without going through an insurance company, I feel I would have been forced to accept what Service King considers their best by putting glue on a bumper. Needless to say this has ruin my many years relationship with Service King.Services: Body & Trim

If i could give them 0 stars i would give it to them 10x. They have had my vehicle since mar 3 and was suppose to be completed by April 29th. They have given me a different completion date every week since 4/29. I took my vehicle in for accident repair to the suspension. My vehicle is still there at the moment. They just started fixing my suspension issue 5/23. They fixed all other thing that had nothing to do with my accident then on 5/23 realize what the issue was for us bringing the car in to get repaired. It wouldn’t be so bad if they would have just been honest on the completion date instead of us expecting to get our car every week and then that date come and it’s now a new date. We will never use this company again.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I was so pleasantly surprised and pleased when I entrusted my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe for repair to Service King/Rawlinson. My repair was done well within the time period promised. Genuinely Impressive Service Experience.. from start to finish. We brought in our Durango from a rear end accident and was originally quoted about three weeks for repair. I expressed my concern with the time frame due to this being our main reliable vehicle (we have a sketchy truck that chooses when it wants to start.) Also with this new snow storm coming this weekend. I reached out to ask if we could keep the Durango until the parts came in, got a call back 30 minutes later saying the parts should be in that next day (after car drop off on Monday) and we would be put priority. Which I EXTREMELY appreciated and understood if it took the entire three weeks I definitely wasn’t trying to go ahead “in line” or rush anyone. Here we are Friday picking up our Durango on Jan 14 instead of the expected Jan 28th date. Repaired our car in 5 days! With three children who I drive to and from school and a snow storm, we truly appreciate this!! Now they don’t have to walk in this freezing weather and me having to drag my 2year old along for those walks, we’ll be in a nice warm vehicle! We picked up the car tonight and my husband instantly noticed you had cleaned our car.. on the inside too!!!!! Vacuumed all the crumbs left behind from the kids, wiped the windows down and sprayed something that smelled great. Honestly this is the best service we’ve experienced PERIOD from ANY place of business in a long long time! I was called every other day with updates from the sweetest young ladies at their service department! We inspected the car from the accident and looks good as new! 10 STARS!! Seriously impressed and EXTREMELY thankful!! Kudos to management for running a business with such care and kindness and kudos to everyone there who made this experience perfect! Thank you all. Would 10000% recommend!
