We got my granddaughter a storage unit today , Ricky was a big help and kept a smile on his face the whole time. We talked to him and walked out and we we're back within 30 minutes to purchase a unit.

I reserved my storage unit over the phone with a representative from SecureCare. The representative was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She was very thorough in explaining every aspect of what I should expect financially and when and how I would have access to my unit.
