The car wash machine scratched my brand new car. The scratch is consistent from the B Pillar to the C Pillar. I will never go through these car wash machines again. ?

The drive up pay machine is too high.
My trunk was as dirty after the wash as it was before I went through the auto wash.

The floor mat machine makes the mats wet but does not dry them. The old man who works here is hostile.

Worst car wash around! There car wash broke my back wiper. When I called for them to look for it, they wouldn't locate it. They said they would order me a new one. I told them I needed the entire wiperand yet they still ordered me just the base piece.

I prefer that the wash be touchless, but these are almost as good. They have really nice facilities to vacuum your car with afterward, and it's a decent value.

An employee comes around after the car wash and asks how the service was. I appreciate that attention and concern for customer satisfaction. I bought the monthly pass and am glad that I did.

This car wash isn’t even that old. I remember when it was first opened not too long ago. It was really nice. Since then they have done no maintenance. Upon pulling in today the car wash shut off three times before my vehicle even entered. The Matt machine has been broken for months. The vacuum system is either clogged up or has gotten very weak. I tried it again today to see if they had fixed anything, but they hadn’t.

I went through on Christmas Eve. I had to run my truck through 3 times before it was cleaned. Staff said manger told them to turn the belt up to 112 cars per hour.
REALLY!!! Less than 2 minutes to get a $40 wash.
I did cancel my membership.
