This sams club is really nice and never crazy. But today I went in and there was a woman with a literal monkey in a baby diaper around her neck in the fruit section…I am in full support of all support or emotional support animals but not monkeys in public spaces like that. It had a diaper on…in the fruit section….ewww…

First time at this Sam's club. Found what we needed. Checked out. Had to go back because an item didn't have a tag. We only had 8 items. She scanned one item twice and corrected it. Got to the girl who checks the receipts and 2 items were not scanned. Went back to the same cashier and she scanned the items again. Double scanned one of the 2 items.
Definitely not the sharpest pencil in the box.

We have a large family and come here every two weeks at least to stock up.
It’s always clean and customer service is excellent
We love the scan as you go, that way you can beat the line at checkout!
It’s a good idea to go early or later as the place gets pretty busy on the weekends!
Highly recommend!

Nightmare pick up experience. Not worth it! Don’t have space for the app to “check in” for pick up order, takes 5 phone calls just for them to answer the phone, and then they leave me on hold for so long that I have to go inside while I’m sick and don’t have a bra on just to go and talk to the workers who put me on hold and never thought about me again. Then they send me to another part of the store to go get my order MYSELF. Terr

Be very careful. I was cheated on my purchase. I bought several items that supposedly had discounted prices (advertised on the shelf label). When I was checking out, I noticed that a few of them that I knew were supposed to be discounted (like the apple pie and bagels) were not getting any discount. I asked the assistance lady at the cash register area, and she assured me that the discount would be applied at the end, so like a fool, I believed that and didn't re-check the receipt until I got home. At home, I saw that no discount was applied for any of the store discounts, and I should have had a few. I called in and they said that they couldn't help me over the phone, which doesn't make sense because they can see everything on the computer, and that I would have to come back in to show them my physical receipt.
Update: When I physically went to Sam's club with my receipt they gave me credit for the difference, so I increased my rating from 1 to 2 stars, but it was a hassle for such a small amount.
The point is that we have to watch out for these store discounts, because I am finding that they sometimes are not actually working at the cash register. In response to the manager's response, please read my original post which mentions the specific items (apple pie and bagels).

Absolutely love this store. We have been coming for years using the Caroline Carts. Several months ago they disappeared. I was told by one manager they didn’t know what happened to them. A personal shopper helped me shop while I pushed my daughter in her wheelchair. Ok but you can’t shop like you want to. Then next time I came I still wasn’t happy. Another store manager, Sarah, called me and assured me another Caroline Cart was ordered. We went Wednesday, May 1, 2024 and there it was. Amanda was excited. She made her daddy return her wheelchair to the car so she could shop. Way to go Sam’s Club of Rock Hill! Thank you for listening to the needs of your customers.

First Sam's club that I've ever went to with not 2, not 3, but 7 ppl working. Hard working ppl in the Cafe area. Really sweet workers, fast workers, and I'd highly recommend this Cafe place.
1 person doing cashier, 2 ppl doing the front for the smaller food items, 4th person making boxes and writing names on the box and helping in other areas, other other 3ppl working on pizzas etc. This is what I'm talking about!!!
