The gentleman at the building at the Sam's has pumps in rock hill was just rude today Tuesday April 2 , 2024 at around 3pm. The pump screen was dark and I couldn't see any directions on the screen. He comes over there Only because another customer went to get him because I was having problems. He begrudgingly comes over and says, can't you see this pump doesn't work? I asked him how I was supposed to know that? He says By the orange Cone and then stands up a cone that had fallen over and rolled a few inches away!! And I told him that. I asked him why doesn't he just put a piece of paper across the pump screen saying it doesn't work !! He said he didn't have time to do that! I told him it would be such a simple solution! What a jerk! He definitely needs to find a different job! Then the other car behind me left and let the people behind Her what the situation was+bless her heart! SHE was definitely was more helpful than the gas attendant was!! What a jerk!!

I actually despise going to this place to get gas but I do because oftentimes it's less expensive and I'm shopping at Sam's anyway. It's always a mess and typically a long wait time to get gas. I have bypass this many times because even though I'm saving some money I don't want to deal with the hassle of waiting. If you get gas on the left side of your car time of those slides are typically the longest. There have been a couple times where there's no receipt paper and I always need the receipt for my purchases and someone has to come out and they physically will write you a paper receipt on generic paper which is pretty ridiculous when I can just take a picture if I had to. I guess they don't keep a stock of receipt paper and or they don't teach the people how to change the receipt paper that work there. Either way service is pretty bad and if you can get gas somewhere else I would highly recommend it to save your frustration.

Today took me from 8:00am until 8:35 to fill 19.503 gallons of gas on pump # 12.Looks like all of them were too slow.Hopefully we were not in much rush.

Good prices always. Odd arrangement though. All cars have to go in one direction. May have to wait depending on what side your tank refueling point is.

I love Sam’s Club grocery and gas station, but why do y’all allow people to pump their gas like this? It’s unsafe to everyone in the vicinity. I wish they would enforce those pumping like this to go back into line and wait respectfully like the rest of us who pump our gas correctly. You can’t be that much of a rush to pump gas unsafely, and if you are in a rush, LEAVE EARLIER!

Cheapest gas in rock hill! Unfortunately, there is always a huge line and it’s difficult to get into the lanes at times.
