I’ve been getting my supplements here for a few years now and I won’t go anywhere else. The owner is very knowledgeable and loves to talk about the products he carries. You can buy supplements online, but it’s not the same as buying from this guy. He’ll tell you what flavors he likes best, what non-stim preworkouts his customers enjoy the most, which protein powder has the most transparent ingredients list and he will tell you which supplements he thinks are really overhyped. You can’t get that kind of clear information buying online. This store is great for people that just want start living healthier or seasoned gym veterans.

At first, meeting the owner I took him as one of those that are overly eager to spread their knowledge. But honestly he's just enthusiastic about his trade. He actually gave me some health advice that most likely saved my life. Strongly recommend Rock Hill nutrition. I will stick with them for my supplement needs.
