People had related to me that this shopping/entertainment area had opened just before the COVID lockdowns went into effect. There are a couple of open and available storefronts, but the businesses that are open had good attendance. It is a very attractive and inviting area (architecture/landscaping/natural scenary) with expansive views of the river, walking and bicycle paths, and park areas. While there, a large group of people who had just floated down the Catawba river on inner tubes were coming back to thier vehicles. This is definately a location I will visit again soon.
