Megan the manager here is unbelievably rude. Don't work here she waited 3 weeks to contact my manager and then didn't even call me so when I came here a 4th time she told me "I wouldn't last a week here" she declined my transfer, but she could have been way nicer, she wasted my time and gas. She has 3 weeks to do this but waited today to tell me

Upside : Very clean , well stocked & most sections of the store have very kind & welcoming, patient employees. Downside is : Their deli department needs to give their employees etiquette classes because several of the employees located there are not customer friendly & lack patience, Professionalism & kindness. I have personally experienced rudeness more than twice from the same 2 people in the deli department. This is the only reason I cannot rate 5 stars ⭐️ Overall however, a pleasant place to shop !

Clean, nice people, but did not have bogo peroni on 2 consecutive days. Other side of town had loads. Disappointed as this is my go to publix.

A remodeled Bilo that not alot of thought was put into, in it's design. Some upgrades, but nothing like the Publix across town on 901, built with Craftsman style, and beautifully designed inside. Overall the location is good, product is good, always clean and friendly staffed.

I have been a customer at this store for a long time but after today I will never be back! I ordered flowers for Valentine's day three days in advance for my employees. I asked for white or pink bud vases. Whichever color they can get because I am understanding of the supply shortage these days. When I went in to the store on the agreed pick up time they had no idea what I had ordered and had a terrible callous attitude when I said I would pick another item due to them not having my order. I did ask for a small discount on a different product and they wouldn't even do that. They did not care at all that they dropped the ball. Publix has always had good customer service but the manager on duty today ruined that reputation.

Fantastic store!! Always very good stock, fair prices, and fresh produce. Friendly employees. Only criticism is that Deli needs to slice much thinner meats/cheese when requested. It that thin when extra thin is asked for.

Staff is always friendly. With bad weather coming the managers were also pitching in to bring in carts and do some stocking. The managers join right in with a smile when doing additional customer service than just regular manager work. Truly a team effort is in place.

Every employee that I encountered was friendly and helpful. All greeted me as I walked by. Produce and frozen food young men were very helpful and caring.

Standing at deli for30min waiting to be served with only one person ahead with 3 people behind the counter ,when I was acknowledged she said one moment then preceded to wait on a person that came after me,so I waited patiently for another 10 min before she came over and told me they only had 2 rolls left and they were hard and they we re e closing anyway! I walked away very upset I watched people while I stood treat me like I wasnt good enough to place an order , there waiting, act as though I wasn't there,it made me feel some type of way ,even after I asked I will never come back to that store in Rock Hill ,I've never experienced that kind of behaviour at any of the other Publix I have visited before but people can be so mean,never again will I go to that one!!
