Terrible teller disrespectful, doesn't care about her job, their are so many negative reviews about this bank, no body responds to anyone. They need to report this Bank to the Better Business Bureau, they have very questionable business practices.

Walked in bank today so that I could cash my 2 checks that were issued from education affiliates and PNC was bank name on check. I was told that they would have to call to verify that the checks were not fraudulent and I can understand that. I was then asked if I actually went to the school that was written on the checks. I responded, yes I actually went to the school on the check and I graduated as a RN from there. I later thought about why was I questioned if I went to this school and what does this have to do with me cashing in a check. Do others also get questioned and interrogated when cashing their checks? This is typical profiling and discrimination at it's finest. Thanks PNC Bank always a pleasure doing business.

Chose PNC because of the ease in opening an account and I love the virtual wallet but the customer service at this location is very poor. The teller never really seems interested in actually helping you, she speaks to you in a nonchalant and almost demeaning manner. I’ve never had any issues with the bank but the way I’ve been treated when I have to go into this branch makes me hate banking here

If I could give 0 stars I would do so in a heartbeat. I have tried to cash a check from my mother's estate that is drawn on PNC and they have twice refused - the first because the signature allegedly didn't match and the second was refused as a mobile deposit that they then would not cash in person either. So no, after having been charged a returned check fee for a signature they didn't like and denying to allow a mobile deposit or to cash it, I have to request a THIRD check be issued and then I have to go back into the branch (where I wasted an hour today) and beg them to cash this check. I am beginning to understand why people bury their money in the backyard instead of using banks. When I asked for a customer service number, I was given the automated banking number which was as little help as the branch itself.

Horrible costumer service at this branch. No one know what they are doing and then is the costumer fault. They don’t know how to send an international wire transfer and now they have my money on hold for weeks and no one knows about anything.

This deserves zero stars. When I opened my account, via phone, I told them I am disabled and had to do everything online and via mobile deposits. I was not told mobile deposits had a monthly limit. So I had to mail in a $10 check deposit. However, because they refused my e-mailed signature card and couldn't find the original mailed-in copy, they froze my account, bounced two paid bills, and overnight MAILED BACK the $10 mailed-in, deposited check. When I called customer service, (On a Saturday) I was told that they couldn't open my account until Monday, over the phone. But if I went to the branch, on Saturday, in-person, and provided ANOTHER signature card, the branch could open my account. So I hired a taxi, went to the branch, from Lancaster, did ANOTHER signature card, and the branch REFUSED to un-freeze the account despite RECORDED phone calls with this commitment AND refused to deposit the $10 check. I met with Sandy, the manager and spoke with Melissa, Sandy's manager. Both REFUSED to show integrity and honor the phone center commitments. Neither can spell C-U-S-T-0-M-E-R S-E-R-V-I-C-E or C-L-U-E or I-N-T-E-G-R-I-T-Y if I spotted them the consonants, vowels and brought in Vanna White to touch the letters! Sandy and Melissa should be F-I-R-E-D!!!!!

PNC is very unprofessional very rude they close your account without giving you any reason as to why they're closing your account and they freeze your account until they feel like giving you your money PNC is not the best bank to bank with this is not the first run-in I've had with them but it will be the last.

If I could give PNC 0 stars I would, this is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Left BOA (no issues) to move to PNC to take advantage of the $200 incentive and the virtual wallet, all the features advertised. I have had this account less than 4 months and I am closing it as soon as my new direct deposit is set with my new credit union. PNC post transactions purposely out of order to maximize overdraft fees. They blame it on the merchant processing time. It doesn't matter when a merchant finalizes a transaction, my register should show my transaction posted the date that I made the purchase, not 4 or 5 days later. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Reserve
