Purchased 2 discs online, paid for them and paid double for shipping because they don’t combine. Then they cancel my order without any reason why or communication. I would not recommend this store to anyone who values honesty, accuracy or communication.

NEED T OK SPEAK WITH MANAGER Service isn't worth a darn I buy a bicycle and the guy tells me I have 7 days to return it to get my money back and I return it the next day the same way I bought it and they only gave me store credit and I asked to speak to the manager and they all just act like they don't know who I'm talking about I also bought a bike tire from them brand new and because I returned a bike I never even opened the bike tire and I even asked to do when I bought it if I decide I don't want the bike and don't open this can I return it he says as long as I don't open it but then the next day it's a hotel different story NEED TO SPEAK WITH MANAGER

The cleanest, most organized Play it Again Sports I’ve ever been in. Staff are friendly, professional, and are clearly passionate athletes. The disc golf selection is incredible!!If you’re in the area and into disc golf, this is a must visit shop to visit.

We purchased an item and asked about returning it and they said no big deal if it doesnt work out bring it back. Well guess what they made it a big deal. It was a lid for a bucket for softballs/baseball for $4.99 and we said, we want to exchange the lid and pay the difference for the bucket with the lid because the lid did not fit our bucket. Well apparently even though we were trying to buy something they decided they couldnt help. Seriously over a lid that was $4.99??? Needless to say if they are petty over something so small we rather not risk a bigger purchase. Never again! Also, we left the lid there because it was never about getting money back it was just about getting the right product. So now they have their $4.99 back but one less customer. Not that they seemed to care.

This place is great. Super immaculate, very organized. The people there are super knowledgeable about what they have in stock and very knowledgeable about the game and what equipment is best for what age group.
