We left our little boy for boarding while we went to a wedding in a another state. Our dog was there for almost a week. I do appreciate the updates and pictures but the day we picked him up we knew something was wrong. He was very weak, lethargic, had diarrhea, and vomiting. Also we made sure to do a flea treatment before hand and he was flea free when he entered and he came home with fleas. We took him to the Veterinarian for an emergency appointment and he needed fluids, antibiotics, probiotics, anti-nausea and another flea treatment. Definitely not cheap but we would do anything for our baby. We won't be back, I think that's obvious. He's been home now a week and a half and he is still recovering. Picture attached is of our Hudson at the vet feeling very sick :(

Very efficient, fast, and friendly. They always have my baby with the cutest cut. She can be a bit spicy when it comes to her grooming but they really take their time with her! She never leaves their establishment sad or in distress like she did with those chain grooming companies.? The staff at Pet Village are very professional and personable! I am very thankful that I was referred to them!

They are sweethearts here. They are great at grooming Lila and Loki. Also have a really good boarding. Me and my sister have dropped her dogs off here several times. Every time we go in I have enjoyed the atmosphere and people. Great business :)

I’ve been taking my dogs here for the past few years and I’ve never had a bad thing to say about this place. They go above and beyond each time they watch my pups. They’re even there for unfortunate events, such as my dog passing while there (no fault of their own). They handled everything gracefully and treated my pup like their own. They ensured me every thing was taken care of and held on to my boy until I was able to return from out of town. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you so much for being there for my buddy during such a rough time as well as treating him just like family throughout his life. You guys did right by my boy, Django.

Couldn’t say more about how lovely the staff is at this location and how beautiful our Ambrose turned out! He previously was literally hacked up by another local groomer so they had their work cut out for them. He came home perfectly fluffed up, rounded and cut just right plus he was happy as could be when he walked out from the back which speaks loads of how they handle them behind closed doors. We can’t wait to take him back. ❤️?

Zero, I am very disappointed today by the way I was treated! The owner literally called me A liar, after I told her that my husband who came in last time paid less than what I was being charged today. Also a lower rate was quoted when I made the appointment. she went on to say that I argued the last visit and that was why I was charged less!! I told her it wasn't me who picked up our dog. She consistently repeated that I argued! And she said; try going elsewhere to find a cheaper cost!! Are you aware that is poor treatment for customers!! You lost a customer over $10!! All you had to say was I'm sorry that happened? And I would have paid and left feeling peaceful. I Did not argue! a lack of customer service is bad for business. And rudeness to top that off, unacceptable!
