I usually go to Pet Supermarket, but I was driving by Pet Supplies Plus in Rock Hill and thought I would run in for a couple small items. No one greeted me and I had to ask for someone to assist me in getting crickets. He was slow but pleasant (no complaint there). The problem came when I went to the register and Melanie was checking me out. Not very nice but I thought she may be having a bad day. When I asked about my senior discount she said they didn't have one. I asked her to verify because I knew I'd gotten one before. She seemed so put out by having to use the radio and ask if they had one. The gentleman responded that the code was on a sheet next to the register. She turned and said we don't have one, only military discount. I stared in disbelief. He just told her they did. She finally said, "I'll give you 5% off". I paid to get out of there but the senior discount is 10%. Not a huge deal, but her annoyance and lack of care for a customer will keep me going to the Pet Supermarket and not Pet Supplies Plus.

We love pet supplies plus. There are always knowledgeable staff ready to help. We always receive coupons for our shopping trip that helps save lots of money. Yesterday I finally gave their grooming department a try. I have always tried to stay with small private owned shops but I was having no luck with the places in town and I got a coupon in the mail for 25% off a groom so I was like why not. Well let me tell you I was so impressed. Brianna got us in same day and get a wonderful job. She listened to my wants and actually did what I asked for. I like my dogs hair on top of her head left long because she wears bows about 90% of the time it looks dumb when it’s down but it’s almost never down. Well for the past year while searching for a good groomer every groomer has cut the top of her head short. So I’m am just so happy to have found a groomer who listens. I enjoy trying different hairstyles on my dog so it’s so important to me to have a groomer who listen and does what is asked. We will definitely be back. Thanks Brianna. ?

I went in to buy a few toys, and I asked the team here about who to report stray dogs too after hours because in my work area I unfortunately find stray dogs. They went above and beyond to help me find an answer. Thank y'all for your time and courtesy.
