“My daughter lives in rock Hill and was having major car issues on yesterday. I drove about two hours to her and she had already called Cherry Road Automotive. When I made it to my daughter, we struggled to get her car to the shop. Now this was the first time that either one of us had been there so we were nervous about two women getting taken advantage of. However, we were greeted by Mike and he was absolutely amazing. They seem really busy, but they heard the loud noises coming from my daughters car and pulled her car back and quickly diagnose the situation. Mike gave us all the information needed concerning a recall on my daughter’s car and we were able to get the situation handled quickly. We are so thankful for their service to us. This will definitely be our home place for all our car needs. We were so grateful that I called back today to offer them lunch and Mike turned it down. He turned it down because he said this is what they do every day for everyone they give great quality service, which is truly a blessing! “I was traveling through the area when my car shut down into “limp mode” due to electrical system problems. I was basically stranded; hours away from home and still an hour away from my destination. I was able to drive to Rock Hill Automotive - in 1st gear only - from the interstate. Even though they were extremely busy that day and said it wasn’t likely that they could get to my car until the next day, they interrupted what they were doing to at least diagnose my car problems. Once they knew what caused the issue, they ordered parts and made the needed repairs.They were kind, understanding, and professional…and they definitely went “the extra mile” to get me back on the road that same day. What a blessing!”

Always takes them 20 mins or less to do my oil change and is the cheapest in town (they also include other services for free). I went to pep boys once and they took 2 hours and charged me $115 for JUST an oil change.”

“My daughter had her car towed to Speedee Christmas Eve after a breakdown, they were getting ready to close but allowed her to leave car and would inspect first thing Tuesday after Christmas. We received a call before 9am with devastating news that the previous shop had botched her oil change and blew her motor. The manager Ian was kind enough to take photos and document so that we could call the previous shop. If we didn't have those photos and documentation she would have been out of luck. Needless to say her car is being repaired at no cost to her. Thank you Ian for the attention to detail and gracious service.2ndly they did my oil change and discovered I had a leak. At first look Ian thought I had major damage and before doing anything he gave me all my options instead of doing needless work. We went with the option of a deeper look where he discovered the issue was not as bad as we thought. He was thorough and even took the time to show and explain to me what was going on and what needed to be done. I'm sure it took his time away from others but he took care of fixing my oil leak, tuneup, and even going the extra step placing a dye in to make sure there were no other leaks. This was a great experience and I would recommend them anytime! Thanks to all the staff as well”
