Mavis has definitely ruined this place.
Made an appointment for a standard oil change and wiper replacement. Arrived ready 15 minutes prior to my appointment time, and I was happy to wait to be seen until my actually appointment time. Turned in my keys and asked the desk clerk about how long it would be, he said an hour. Sounded a bit long to me, but theres no way to know how many people before me, so I shrugged it off and passed time for an hour. Came back to pick up my vehicle only to he told it hadn't even been touched yet. Asked for my keys back and left. Ridiculous to make an appointment for very routine maintenance, wait the already inflated service time, and find out an hour of my day has been eaten for absolutely nothing.
I used to bring all 3 of my vehicles to this specific shop before it changed hands. The previous staff were incredible, and I never left unsatisfied. I'm deeply disappointed and will not be returning.

Anytime I come to NTB I receive excellent customer service. Lyle and Dennis have been especially helpful in taking care of issues with my car, whether they are replacing a tire or plugging it I have received fast and efficient service every time.

Went to get a tire repair and the service was quick and I was provided Excellent customer service. I would recommend this location to anyone in the Rock Hill area.

This is not a good review but it isn’t about the shop or management itself,mostly. I can only vouch for tire buying and not other services preformed there. But James did what he could to work with me. And I was always happy with NTB but I guess Mavis taking over has hurt their workmanship.
There were things management could have done better, namely giving a completion time that is remotely close to actual finish time. When they tell you 2.5 hrs it shouldn’t be 6 hrs and when they say done in an hr it shouldn’t be 3 hrs more.
But the big issue and this has to do with the warehouse. The tires they put on were already 5 and 3 yrs old. Not even a 4 set of the same yrs. I went back and they agreed the tires shouldn’t be that old already and ordered new ones to be put on. The warehouse then sent them 3 yr old tires and 6 month old tires. I don’t know if they don’t think I’d look, they had to know I know how to read the dates ( look for the DOT numbers and the last 4 tell you the week and year made). Ended up replacing the 2019 tires with the 2023 tires so it’s still different years but at least one pair isn’t 5 yrs old already.
They told James they can sell up to 6 yr old tires so check your dates. Maybe even before they put them on ask to see them.
Also the price you get in the website isn’t the same as they charge. Watch out for the hidden fees and ask up front what the total price will be.

I had a great visit to NTB on Heckle Blvd! James was helpful in getting me checked in. I received some not so good news about my tires but Lyle was very helpful with offering me some options, in different price ranges, to get me back on the road. Lyle also explained and showed me what was going on with my tires and my alignment so I understood why I needed his recommendation. I will definitely be back and recommend their store for any of your tire needs.

Made an appointment online to get a tire repaired. When I arrived there were several people in the waiting area but James immediately acknowledge me and said he'd be with me in a minute. True to his word he returned in a minute and promptly got me checked in. Daniel fixed the tire for me and got everything back just like he found it.
James was friendly and provided great service. Was a good experience from start to finish.

Went to this NTB because one of my tires was losing air frequently. Lyle, the manager, and his team squeezed me in on the same day at the last minute and removed the nail and patched my tire. I was there for less than an hour. They're friendly, quick, and efficient! Would recommend them!

My tire blew and the gentlemen here was able to be me back up and on the road in thirty minutes before closing time on Saturday!! I’m so thankful for their customer service and quick response to replace my tire.
