I just want to take a quick moment to say how great the employees here were in the midst of the chaos of Helene’s aftermath. We came here from Lake Lure looking for a few hard to find items and they were able to supply them at Northern Tool’s distribution center (also fantastic leadership there). Several team leads, including Mike, and a woman at the register, helped us extensively and went above and beyond. Thanks again.

If it wasn’t for Chris and some employees from the rock hill store I wouldn’t have made it through the week I’ve had a lot going on in my life times have been extremely rough and this place and store has helped restore my faith in humanity with their kindness I’m extremely greatful and northern tools anywhere always had my business because of their. Kindness and compassion. Extremely greatful for the help they provided it’s been like this at a few northern tool stores for me
