“Leslie greeted us as soon as we came in and eked if we needed any help. Once she knew what we wanted she started the transaction and it didn't take her but about 30 mins and we were out of there. She was polite, very knowledgeable and honest. Because of my last bad experience with Cricket in Lancaster SC with all the dishonesty and inconsistencies I was already aware of what was supposed to take place. She was excellent.
