If I could give a 0 I would! My son was taken in there as he seems to be having an allergic reaction to something causing hives and swelling in face and hands. They insisted he fell which is incorrect! Do not even know where they got that idea! Instead directing he go to the er for imaging. They do not know what they are doing! This is not the first bad experience. I am done with this place! Avoid the headache and do not go here!

I showed up without an appointment 30 minutes before they closed as my daughter had pink eye. The nurse working (Shonda Whitaker), was supposed to get off at 7pm however stayed to see my daughter. She was really helpful and went above and beyond out of her way to help me out.Even after calling in her meds she had to go back to her office as CVS didn’t have two of the medications she was trying to give. Both the pharmacist and Ms Whitaker stayed on the phone to make sure that I could get the medication I needed for my daughter that night.I am grateful for Ms Shonda Whitaker and the CVS pharmacy for helping my daughter and myself at a time in need.Thank you Ms Whitaker.

I had a great visit with the NP Michelle Roman. She was friendly and a good listener. I did not have to wait and was seen earlier than my scheduled appointment time.

Excellent service with appointment. Automated touch screen check in and polite efficient staff. I have no idea why others rated it low but maybe this are old reviews

I attended the minute clinic and had a completely terrible experience. I was expecting to wait a little bit because that’s what happens when you go to any kind of clinic, but I was not anticipating waiting for almost 2 hours! To top it off, someone came after me and got taken right in. I was told that they didn’t realize I had been waiting for so long. I will never be attending this CVS again due to their lack of organization and courtesy for other people’s time. If you want to be treated like a decent human go to a different clinic.

Solidly agree with those that have rated one star because there is no option to rate it zero ! Absolutely not trustworthy; go somewhere else if you can.

Billing department does not answer the phone. I have seen other complaints on BBB stating the same thing. I am beginning to think they do not have anyone answering the phone at all so they can avoid dealing with billing issues.

I scheduled my appointment on line, walked in and was seen in less than 5 minutes. The nurse practitioner was excellent and handled my issue. Very pleased!

Pathetic. I told the nurse what was wrong and she said if my lungs had rales they couldn’t treat me, she listened to my lungs and said she did not hear anything. Had temp of 100.2 and decided again she could not treat me because I had a significant fever. Since when is 100.2. Significant fever!i the two nurses kept going back and forth asking each other questions of what to do for specific procedures. So I got absolutely no treatment but oh boy did they charge me!! Now I am sitting In an Urgent Care waiting to be seen and will

Not sure of the nurses name, but I've had two bad experiences with this particular nurse and the minute clinic. First time- I went online to book an appointment to avoid a super long wait since I was dealing with a child being sick. We got skipped by the person scheduled after us due to a computer glitch. Another couple witnessed this and thought it was unfair. When I addressed this with the nurse, she was carefree and not very nice about it. Apparently she was having a bad day because the customer that came out of the room said, "I hope your day gets better." Second Experience- My son was sick with a stomach bug and needed to be seen to receive a doctor's excuse for an absence in school. The same nurse turned my husband and son away and said that there wasn't anything that she could do for him. They then had to go to Riverview and sit in the waiting room for hours. Of course you have to let the bug play it's course and drink lots of fluids. Could she not have at least taken his temperature, given some suggestions, and written a doctor's note? The nurse's attitude is what I find disturbing. She didn't even give an explanation for turning my family away. I guess she was having another, "bad day." Called Customer Service and that was a joke! Don't even bother. Not only did I wait over 27 minutes to speak with a human. I was put on hold for a transfer for over another 35 minutes.

First time calling. Stayed on hold 19mins of my 30 minute work break. No one ever answered. Pulled up and read numerous bad reviews. Now i know why. Will go to a legitimate medical facility.

The one star is only because it will not allow me to leave a review with 0 stars. Terrible service- I waited for over an hour with 2 small kids because they “lost” my online appointment. Once seen- they tell me they can’t see my daughter because I didn’t have my photo ID. I had other ID but did not have my drivers license on me. They do not list the parents drivers license as a requirement anywhere online nor do they ask for it when you sign in. Now it’s late on a Friday night and the dr is closed and my sick child still needs to be seen.
