The rep was unhelpful. We went in to get the phone serviced. They complained about not being able to assist in store but it was their customer service online team that informed us to come in the store. The store rep had to call a manager that also complained about having to clean up broken dishes that customer service online sent via our visit. VERY DISRESPECTFUL….. The phone rep and store rep continued to speak very unprofessionally. I look to take my service to another provider. I’ve never been so disappointed. The service is a 0 or no star but it’s required that I give one to post this review

Gave two stars but I'll take that back 1 star! I rarely give 1 star but I told the guy I use to work for Metro back in 2016. I told him I watch my coworker win in sales every year and told him I've seen her add accessories in on customers sales and the customer not know they're paying for it so then I proved to ask how much for just the phone and plan with the promo out the door because the phone free and the plan 60. He tells me nothing is free and I should know the price if I've worked for Metro. Long story short the price went from 180+ to 80+ can't remember the actual numbers but it was $100 cheaper I decided I'm going to take my business elsewhere just by that smart remark he made. He followed me to the other location and to T-Mobile! Just be careful with these guys because they will throw in a tablet and tell you it's free and tell you that the taxes on the phones are high and you really paying for the tablet they say is free

I went in to have a phone I bought off Amazon hooked up, Jeff was super helpful, you could tell he really knew his stuff. Whenever I go back again I hope Jeff is still there!!!!
