I have associates asking if I need help just about every visit. I also like that you can sign up with phone number to "My Lowe's" and it keeps track of your receipts in case you need to bring something back. Very helpful.

Employees huff and puff when you ask them a question. Sent 10 different directions when looking for item. Didn't have what I was looking for.

Not worth the hassle. Fort mill is much nicer. While there are some great associates here. There are more that seem to be there for just a paycheck and don't care about the customers. Not one associate greeted me or any other customer that I seen. Unfortunately the good workers are slowly being forced out.
