The service department and the manger last weekend was great. When a small issue was discovered they explained the issue clearly and did not try to up-sale me. She listened and wrote the issue down so I could think about it. We actually drove down from NC to purchase our car here and bring it back down for the service. Very pleased and amazed how quickly I was in and out on a Saturday morning.

I took my car in for a radio update and some recall fixes. My service advisor, Trey, took very good care of me, keeping me updated on the status of repairs. He even arranged for a shuttle to take me to Starbucks while I waited! That's good customer service! Thanks again Trey!

Warning! At all cost drive on by and go somewhere else. The absolute worst dealership my husband and I have Ever dealt with. Everything they told us was a lie and they did nothing more than a waste our Valuable time- I guess we should have known when working with a guy named Buster. Now I see why they have two stars in Yelp.Response to owner aka your auto response to look like you care - your management team was part of the problem- feel free to reach out to me on DM here. Beware. The stereotypical car shady dealership. Lie to you to get you there and then change their story when you come in. I've bought and sold at least twenty cars in my lifetime. Be sure you take my advice and do not deal with liars. Tons of dealerships around that are professional and honest. This isn't one of them.

Definitely would leave more than 5 starts if it was an option! The customer service I received from Missy was awesome! She had MY best interest at heart and was not pushy, like most sales people are. She was by my side each step of the way and answered all of my questions. I am in love with my new 2023 Kia Sorento I purchased today!

I can't speak highly enough of the team at JT's Kia. Seriously.To start, my husband and I had already been to 2 Kia dealership's in the area who "fibbed" about their true inventory online. Having only 1 or 2 options in the model we wanted (Kia Carnival).We pulled up to JT's Kia and were immediately greeted by Thomas W, who escorted us to the front desk as we had an appointment set up already with another associate. Lucky for Thomas, that associate was busy, but instead of having us wait, (he checked with his colleague first!) offered to help.At this point it was after 6pm and the service center had closed, the Kia we picked was "straight off the truck" still with plastic. He offered to have it cleaned and set up first thing in the morning if I wanted to return to pick up, but I wasn't phased, it was more important I get home to my kiddos with the vehicle, I planned to remove it all myself. While we worked with Finance to get the paperwork completed, Thomas went and removed as much of the plastic covering as he could, filled up the gas tank to the BRIM, and had everything set. After making sure we were all settled and connected via the Kia App and Bluetooth, we were on our way.We received the typical follow-up call from one of the reps at the dealer, but Thomas himself also called to follow-up, and see if we had any questions or issues.Honestly, top-notch experience.Upfront and honest teamFair Value for my Trade Inand now I LOVING my new Kia Carnival!

I'm obsessed with Everything about my Kia Sorento! I test drove 4 cars at different dealerships the day I came into this location and none of the other cars compared. The car itself and the service was unmatched. Angel Massey was my sales rep and I went back just for her. She was knowledgeable, down to earth and made me feel comfortable in whatever decision I decided to make. loved her! All employees that I came in contact with seemed helpful. Overall a Great place to but a car.

I purchased a 2023 KIA Niro Hybrid yesterday and i can say my sales person Thomas was one of the best.I've purchased many vehicles and had to deal with many sales rep but Thomas was very easy and relaxing to work with. He did not pressure me and allow me to tell him what i wanted and he was able to answer my questions.The negotiation process was easy since i was trading in my current vehicle. Beyond happy with our experience, the process was fast and painless. Kia of rock hill had an excellent inventory unlike others we had seen. Montrel helped us and he was super knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend this place to anyone! We love our new 2023 Sorento!

I had a great experience buying my car from JT’s Kia. The salesperson, Ray, was really nice and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. There were no hidden fees added to the price once we started the buying process. I recommend JT’s Kia of Rock Hill if you’re looking to buy a new car.

I came to get a recall fixed and over the phone they told me it would only take about 30 minutes. I had the schedule the appointment a month and a half in advance because that was the soonest opening. When I got there, I asked how long it would take and they said an hour to and hour and 20 minutes. After an hour and a half I asked how much longer it would be and it took them 20 minutes to get back to me with an answer and they said it would be another hour. I do not recommend going here, find another Kia dealership if you have a recall
