Appointment was for recall repairs. The repairs were timely and Kia provided a shuttle to and from my home which allowed me to be home during the service time.

I can’t say enough good things about JR. We just recently purchased a 2024 Kia Sorento & he was very easy to deal with! We had a few minor hiccups after the sale, but his communication throughout the whole process of getting us what we need has been outstanding. Highly recommend!
