“I didn’t grab names, but the three staff I dealt with were excellent. A young man in a Beatles shirt was great at helping me choose a handgun for my needs, the older gentleman offered me a fair price for my jewelry, the black guy with tattoos was super kind and made my purchase easy, and though I didn’t deal with him, the Asian gentleman was helping other customers with a contagious smile. Even the younger staff was involved, kind, and helpful. I first stopped at David’s down the road, and they were rude and tried to lowball me. ~$420 of gold, Teagues gave me $330 no negotiation required, David’s offered $180 and acted as if I was wasting their time, said I was nowhere near the $220 pistol I was looking at. Joke is on them, I got a better handgun for a few bucks more, filled my car with gas, and still had extra cash. Teagues will be my first stop next time, and I recommend people looking for a pawn shop in the area go to Teagues first unless you want your time wasted and want to be insulted by a gentleman that couldn’t tell you the first thing about customer service.”

I called Allison Love’s Fine Jewelry Thursday needing the ring on Saturday to propose and without even telling them that they told me it would be ready Saturday. As soon as they opened Saturday morning I got a call it was ready. Not only were they fast sizing the ring but it also wasn’t expensive! From that they gained a loyal customer!
