Do your own taxes. I was mislead to believe I could not file for my children because me and their father lived together and he made more than me( we are not married). After waiting 3 hours to speak with someone at the IRS. Notifying them that he had filed already and he actually owes them taxes per the same office that rejected to file my taxes because I was being truthful about our living arrangements. I was told, I could file for them as long as me and their father agreed mutually. I know she meant well but she was wrong.

This is about the rudest place I’ve ever been too! The lady wasn’t going to put in my w2s said it wasn’t going to make a difference grant you that almost costed me 1500 difference!

My price was $310 to complete my taxes two weeks ago. Last week my price was $405 for the completion of my taxes. I saved both messages that were from the accountant stating these different prices. If $95 is going to break H/R Block then I will take my taxes elsewhere next year?

Stay away from this place. They don’t deliver what their company promises which is to fix their own mistakes. We’ve been waiting since May to try to get our taxes fixed and they haven’t done so. The manager Jillian or Juliane is extremely rude. Is very sad that such unprofessional employee represent this big company. She gave us confusing information, false promises and when confronted her answer was condescending, patronizing and unapologetic. You don’t expect a manager to hang up a phone on you when you haven’t give her a reason to do so. You would expect for the amount of money that you pay that the least they could have is professional staff. I did not recommend this place the only recommendation that I can make about this place is to steer clear and go somewhere else

Stay away from this place. They don’t deliver what their company promises which is to fix their own mistakes. We’ve been waiting since April to amend our taxes on an error caused by their own misinformation. The manager first stated they would take care of the amended returns for the years 2020 and 2021.After waiting months while they took care of newer customers who filed late (as if the exorbitant amount of money I paid wasn’t enough to have me consider a customer.)I guess since they already got paid by me I’m no longer important. Every few weeks the manager would say “give me two more weeks”. Today after the umpteenth time I called she was very rude and condescending. She doesn’t have the professionalism to open the door let alone manage the office.Goodbye!

Extremely friendly service. My representative Tedrina was available and very clear when working with me. Also extremely quick work even though I I had waited till crunch time.

Demanded that I wear a mask after all mandates have been dropped. I'm not a fan of a company that is politically driven. There is absolutely no reason to mandate masks when all legal mandates are dropped!!!
