I never really understand why hotels hav white linens especially if it's not spot free. If u put that cover on the bed n I walked in n noticed the spots, but u did not then I'm not sure what to say here ??♀️Otherwise the room was pretty good. The attendants at the front desk were so engulfed in their phones or whatever they were doing (nothing work related for sure) that I don't believe if anyone walking in off the street came in not staying there they would even notice! N to the cooks that prepared the complimentary buffet breakfast....Salt the water before adding grits!!! The worst thing u can do is serve unsalted grits because everyone knows u cannot season grits the right way after they've been cooked. Sea salt not iodized.

The staff was so very friendly and welcoming, especially our breakfast hostess, Terry. She was always very cheerful and helpful and made sure the food was fresh and hot.The room was adequate, but the smart TV was not so smart, with live TV unusable. They did offer to move me to a different room when I reported the issue, which I appreciated, though I did decline. The bed was comfortable, but too high for this short older lady, so I found it a bit challenging. The location is nice and quiet, and I enjoyed my stay. I could get to work without going on the highway, which is a plus. All in all, this was a nice hotel stay.

This location was over the top. The desk clerks were very polite and professional. The rooms were immaculate. This Google guide gives it 5 stars and a thumbs up!

My family was coming into town and I reserved a room for them. The entire place was so clean and the staff was great! They all enjoyed the breakfast and the indoor pool. Would definitely recommend staying here for sure.

DO NOT BOOK FOR THE REASON OF RESTAURANT/BARThe hotel is nice, room was clean and comfortable…Pool was supposedly heated but must be just above room temp…also some dude was trying to swim in just his underwear while my wife and daughter were in the pool.but the “restaurant/bar” is terrible .. we ordered the wings, nachos and cheese pizza with sausage… the sausage on the pizza was just cut up pieces of the breakfast sausage and the pizza itself was terrible… wings were okay ..and the nachos are nothing special with there being no chicken or meat on it…. Just nachos thrown in the oven to melt the cheese then thrown lettuce on the top….The bar tender took about 20 minutes to bring our drinks.. whiskey sour, gin tonic, apple juice.People showed up and were never served even after being acknowledged…And the breakfast in the morning… yuck. The 5th floor is also very noisy with the ac units on the rooftop.Rooms: Nice, cleanFood & drinks: Bad

Rooms are very clean! I only have two suggestions. First, you get a keurig with 2 k-cups: one regular and one decaf. This isn't a problem if you're traveling alone, but I was with my husband and 2 kids. After wishing my husband luck with his non caffeinated morning, he went to the front desk to ask for another regular coffee. The gentlemen was nice, but after looking in the back he returned stating he only had decaf and that most people just come downstairs for coffee and that the kcups are more of a novelty. I've never heard of coffee being called a novelty before, as I consider it a necessity, but okay.... my recommendation is to offer 2 regular coffees and maybe 1 decaf. Or better yet, no decaf .. just keep those behind the desk and people can special request those.Second recommendation is the soap situation! Omg, so i go to take a shower and realize I have to use the hand soap bar for my shower. So I got my washcloth sudsed-up before getting in and proceeded to shower. That's when I realized I forgot my face wash. I went to grab the soap and realized I didn't have any because I had to share the hand soap. That's cheap and annoying. My suggestion would be to take a page out of Disney's book and install those refillable shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash units in each shower if they're that concerned about costs. It's annoying to have to walk the hand soap around the hotel with you...Super pro/ hidden gem: the restaurant! The dinner prices are reasonable and the food is fantastic. I would skip the pizza, but the club sandwich with onion rings was fantastic and huge, and the wings (although all drummers) were large, meaty, and had such a great variety of sauces. The sweet tea was phenomenal. The breakfast buffet was great as well, and everyone there is super nice!TLDR: Restaurant is a must. Only get 1 kcup (other is decaf). You have to remember to carry your hand soap to use into the shower. Super clean hotel, very friendly.Rooms: Very clean! Sheets were very silky. No soap for the shower so you have to carry your hand soap in with you.Food & drinks: Delicious food. No need to go out for dinner. Prices are on point with any nearby restaurant with no waiting and the food is probably better quality. Sweet tea was phenomenal. Wings were meaty, onion rings were delicious, club sandwich was huge and fresh

Holiday Inn Rock Hill, an IHG Hotel is a quality place to stay for a good value when you are in the area. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need. Great overall experience every time I have been here.

We had a good experience here. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, clean, and fairly quiet. There was another guest that was was very irate. The front desk staff did everything they could to help him, but nothing was good enough for him. I think the staff members name was Mr. Mehoff that finally calmed him down, good job to him and the other front desk employee!!!

Experienced some rude customer svc upon check in. Did not feel welcome as a member. My A/C died on me at my house so I stayed there for 3 days. Other agents were professional and friendly. Rooms and decor was nice. Good parking and fair prices. Breakfast buffet was minimal without any decaf tea/coffee, no juice, condiments or good fresh fruit. Had a few sad oranges. The hostess did her best with limited resources. The Owners seemed kind. The restaurant had limited choices also. Should include a nice wrap and some salmon. Need at least one Organic red and white wine for folks with asthma and auto immune conditions to enjoy.
