Manager was rude and condescending, they charged 16% more for an item that was at the hobby lobby in Concord, so I showed them the tag from the other location and they didn’t believe it. He said “I’ll just do this for you this one time” in a rude manner. I had video and receipt from the other location of the same item with the same barcode number as it as proof.Then because of this he said he would not lower the price on the broken one, even though the cashier already said she would reduce the price since it was damaged.Overall I do not recommend this hobby lobby in rock hill, they are potentially upcharging and the manager was not nice.Changing from 2 stars to 1 because I personally would avoid this store because of feeling uncomfortable.
