I'm a salon owner at one of the top African braiding & natural hair salons in the Carolinas. We often have clients in search of beauty supplies to complete their desired look. I've visited just about every beauty supply store in town and the experience is usually underwhelming. They typically try to squeeze in as much product as they possible can and treat customer just like another number. That was not my experience here. The store is very nicely laid out and pristine. Everything high quality with brands we are familiar with and trust. The store is black owned and women owned which is unfortunately rare considering that our demographic is a top consumer. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be sending my clients her way for future beauty supply needs.

The store was well organized and amazingly clean. I felt very welcome right away. The prices are so reasonable and even more considering the level of knowledge and customer service I received which was outstanding. I am super EXCITED about having a beauty store location that is more convenient for me. Thank you!
