Just got the worst haircut. I asked for long layers and I look like I just stepped out of the 90s with my INCREDIBLY SHORT LAYERS. I hate my hair. I'm so upset.

I brought my 2 yr old grandson Kam in this morning. I was quite stressed about it. He is autistic and can have sporadic meltdowns and is not a fan of anyone touching his head. I went in with some hesitation but WOW I was so very happy with Sabrina (she is the manager). She put him in the chair , gave him a dim dum and she did so great with him. He started to get stressed and when I went to try to calm him She let me know she has been doing this 27 years and it was ok. What a relief. She def calmed my nerves He actually sat for her very well and she did an amazing job. i gave her a nice tip, a hug and was tearing up. I couldn't be more grateful and happy. Thank you Sabrina!!!

Prior to this visit, my hair was cut shorter than I requested. I thought I would give it another shot....never, ever again! Layers are choppy and not blended and I requested approximately 3 inches and got 5-6 inches cut off! I will never visit a Great Clips again. Now I have to wait for it to grow a bit to get it fixed. Great Clips prices were inexpensive and the cuts better, now the prices have gone up and the cuts are terrible! Cheaper than a "real" salon...you get what you pay for (except here)!

Stylist: Jealousy was the name of my stylist and she did a really good job. I needed a simple updo for a wedding I was attending as a guest. My hair held up and then some! She was really nice.
