I have been to this location multiple times and have always loved the service I was given. Today however, the service i received was phenomenal. Nicole was my stylist. I told her what I wanted and she went OVER the top. She did excellent. She cut my hair to the perfect length, thinned it out just the right amount, and the layers are fantastic. I have not been this in love with my hair in years. I will be back for more sessions with her and will recommend her, as well as, this location to anyone!Service: Haircut

Absolutely loved it. Very professional and friendly. She did the shampoo and her hands were magic (side note if you heave a headache she will get rid of it for you..) She was knowledgeable and helpful. I learned a couple new techniques i will be trying of my own on the drying process. She layered my hair perfectly and easy to manage in drying. She introduced me to a spritz product to help in drying with minimal to no damage. The overall costfor shampoo cut dry and spray was really reasonable.. Yes i recommend the lady in the first chair on the left side and will definitely be back.. Many thanks to her on fixing my hair..Service: Haircut

When you show them the first snd get the second and then expect me to pay for for a whack job. The lady said she had over 18 years experience and used to manage a Great Clips. I said I think it needs to be blend it in because it was supposed to be stacked in the back and she replied that I should go home and wash it and see what I think before any more would have to be cut.

I had not ever been here before, but the lady who helped me when I walked in asked if I had. I told her no. She asked for my phone number, and put it in the computer. She asked if i knew the name listed with my number as I'm from NY, and no one in rock hill should be associated with it. I told her no, and she said "Oh well, we could just leave it and add you in there.".....i immediately had her remove that name, and put mine in there. Then I'm sitting in her chair, Already a little annoyed from the first thing. She asked me how much I wanted to cut off. I told no more than 3 inches.... she proceeds to get her Ruler out on her comb to show me that "more" needed to come off. After she repeated herself multiple times, and was persistent, I give in and let her do it because she wouldn't let it go, nor take the hint that I didn't want any more off! I asked her trying to be nice how long she's been there. She jokes and says "I just started!" I didn't think she was funny. Then, I tell her I wanted long layers and around my face.... needless to say, it's completely CHOPPY, and I now have to go somewhere else to get it fixed! I am NOT HAPPY! I still tipped her because I know how that industry works, and everyone has their bad days but I will not be back there!

I’ve never in my life experienced such poor service before. I’m a traveler working in Rock Hill at a local hospital. I decided to have my hair washed and styled, upon entering the salon I was informed that they could only “finger style” my hair. I have curly hair so I assumed she knew what to do. I didn’t quite understand why she could not put a brush to my hair while drying it. She was unable to explain. She stated company policy. She washed my hair and proceeded to ask what product to use. I said well what ever you have for curly hair as well as how I liked it styled middle or side. I told her whatever product you have for curly hair since you cannot brush and blow dry straight as well I like it parted in the middle. She began drying it, not crunching it with no diffuser. I asked her if she had one, she stopped blowing and scattered around looking for one. She unfortunately and apparently didn’t have one. I told her if she continued to blow my hair in that manner it would be one ball of frizz. She said “well at least it would be clean”. I told her I wanted it to look good though. She stated she could put serum in it. I looked better prior to going in because she was making a mess of it. I decided I would leave at that point. I asked her how long she’d been doing hair she stated a long time. What an embarrassment to the profession, my mom and aunt are both in the business and this was entirely the most embarrassing example of service I’ve ever seen. I intend to report the salon to the board of Cosmetology simply because it was unacceptable. She would’ve been better washing it, putting product in it and letting me leave to let it dry naturally but to actually think someone would pay for Poor service is unheard of! I’ve never seen anything like it. She needs to go to a continued education class and relearn how to attempt to style curly more so wavy hair if they cannot brush it.
