They are kind of high on the prices. They have no special days like other good wills where is 50% or 75% off are colored dots sales. We don’t have any of that good stuff at the Goodwill in rock Hill or Fort Mill.

Be careful as their parking lot can be very full and hard to park close to the store. Additionally their donation process is complicated as they have you sit in your car and wait until they load a truck and won’t let you just drop bags off at the donation entrance. Just check ahead if you are donating stuff so it goes smoothly.

Employees are super rude. Especially the short black girl. They all have poor attitudes toward people. And I've heard that they keep anything good to themselves and it don't even make it to the floor. That's a shame.

Little girls training bras and bathing suits are in the sane aisle as grown men's pants. This is not okay.

The location can be hard to get to with the high traffic area of Celanese, but you are more than likely going to find something worth purchasing at this store. I have been here tens of times and I seldomly walk out without purchasing something.

Goodwill is a total ripoff. I donated several bags of high end purses, shoes and clothes to them and they put the items on their website. Those items were meant for low income families ONLY! This should be illegal! NevThey only put trash out to sell anyway. A total ripoff!! Never will I donate again to them.

my children have special needs they are non-verbal they use noises or some random words to get people's attention my 5 year old at the checkout says to one of the people "hey" showing him a stuffed animal he was carrying and that person tells him He made a bad face and came to shut him up in a bad way, such an unfriendly person should not be in contact with people, he intimidated my little one

Pretty organized which is a huge time saver. I stopped to look for some jeans, in and out with 3 pair of jeans under 30 min. Friendly staff.

The lady worker that was outside collecting donations today was such a "B" !!! I had 2 small bags and a small box that I was handing her, and she just looked at me like I was stupid! I had to ask her twice if she was going to take it! And then she said to just wait in my car. I was actually helping them out! I hate when they have idiots like her working in places like this that are getting my free donations for you to sell to make money off of!!! Please send her back on the streets where she belongs!

It doesn't matter what time or what day I go, this place always seems to be packed full of people. The inventory is organized for the most part, but it's hard to even look at anything half of the time with so many people in such a space at once. And to be fair, it's not like the inventory is worth it from what I've seen. Every time I visit this location I never find any good finds or steals, just lots of t shirts, sweaters, and coats. The shopping environment here can be very stressful. Parking is always full/limited and I end up having to park at the grocery store next door and walk over. Today was my final visit with this place. I wont be returning.

Staff here is really sweet, the place is kept up well, and they usually have a solid selection of furniture that's insanely low priced for the quality of it. Actual wood furniture like dining tables and desks, and they're selling for $20 USD at times. It's all used, so don't expect anything shiny and new, but their clothes are usually in great shape, the shoes are nice and they have lots of great glassware and tableware that you can buy cheap and give another shot at life.

Every time I come here they drive through is closed. They do not have a drop box for donated clothing. I refuse to come here ever again because the one time I left it at the back door, a woman came out and yelled at me and told me I couldn't leave drop offs. These are the worst and most rude people I've ever met in my life and you should have a drop box. Goodwill, I'm done with you at this location. Horrible rude people work here.

Manager DJ lacks professionalism and common sense. Please teach this at minimum to your store “leaders”.
