George is outstanding on customer service.He assisted me today in my monthly plans for both vehicles I have with my Zips Account.George did excellent on customer care on April,29, 2024 ‼️ I have membership on my 2020 Tacoma and my wife’s 2015 Toyota Highlander. Yesterday I drove my Grandson’s 2005 Tacoma. George assisted me in selecting the best option for washing the long overdue truck was ! Again excellent customer care from George ‼️

After the wash I saw no difference it was 30.00 me being from out of town there's not much information the vacuum was horrible as well

Due to the strain of this complicated economy I’ve been a little depressed because of horrible customer service. Not only are people complacent but they’re demeaning. Today was an uplifting day when I met a guy by the name of George. Upon entering the car wash it’s seems that one of the vacuums weren’t working. George noticed me quickly and came to my rescue. Assess the problem and fixed it promptly. He not only fixed the problem, but he had the upmost professional, funny, friendly customer service that I’ve ever seen. With a gentle smile on his face and a soft tone he asked if there was anything else he can do for me. George is the epitome of loving what he does and he shows it! Thank you for the experience George.

George, the manager, at the Cherry Rd location, is always very pleasant to talk with and very helpful. He is always willing to answer questions about the company programs available and offer advice for getting the most for your money on car washes. He is trying hard to turn the facility around and bring it back from looking and being run down. I always see him cleaning the lot if it needs it, when I use the vacuums.

I am goin to give them a zero because I paid 12 dollars for my car to stay dirty and they do not even take cash I am very unhappy with my service the vacuums half worked
