I went there trying to find gas fittings. When I arrived, there was nobody at the counter and I didn't see anyone for over 10 minutes. When I was looking for the fittings, I finally heard someone and I tried to get their attention. They saw me and continued like I did not exist. I didn't find any of the fittings but I did at True Value. I never had a problem at other Ferguson stores.

The guys called me when they were on their way, showed up early which is how I was raised, early is on time , on time is late, and late is unacceptable! These guys who brought me my water heater to Fort Mill SC were friendly and sooooooo helpful. They went above the beyond. They had a special dolly to climb stairs and with a 850lbs EMPTY these guys saved my life I'm so glad they were here thank you so much. I'm sorry I am terrible with names but I can't thank you guys enough! Who ever the boss is for these guys they deserve a huge raise

Jen was incredible helping me today! She was very kind, educated about products and even emailed me the product numbers and product I needed. Definitely will always go to Ferguson when I have plumbing problems.

I've have had the opportunity to work the team at Ferguson on multiple occasions over the past year. Each time has been an absolute pleasure. The manager has been attentive, and the team is knowledgeable. I recommend them for all of your plumbing needs. 5 stars!

Came in today to try and find a fitting to go on my toilet. The two guys behind the counter could care less. They had no interest in helping me in any way, shape or form. Don’t waste your time going here go somewhere else.

Horrible store customer service.I stood at the counter and 5 guys who worked there ignored me.I finally asked another customer to help me find what I needed.
