Dropped by this morning to send 5 documents that needed special care. Manager was patient, courteous and efficient. Service the way it used to be. Highly recommend!

I needed to ship a large box to a swimming pool parts company. I already had the shipping tag, and Parker had it all taken care of in less than a minute. Excellent service at this location. Thanks again Parker.

I first called about printing a document, saying I had it on a usb drive. The person on the phone told me that usb was fine and faster than uploading online. When I arrived at the store the Manager Tyron told me to upload it. I didnt have time for uploading. It’s the reason I called. He (the manager) went on to explain how it saves money.. I was trying to save time not money. Since he offered no other assistance or showed me where to do it myself (like I was told on the phone) I left the store without being able to access a printer. Very disappointed with management.

I have just left this store and am in the parking lot writing this review.
When I walked into this store there’s a lady working on SaturdayJune 1, 2024. There is also a man working with her as well…. I walk through the door and she gives the “welcome to Kinko’s greeting”. Ok, great. As she’s finishing up with another customer she says, “what are you here for”, not How May I help you” as should be said especially working in customer service.
So, I would have a hard time believing that’s the way she addresses any customers throughout the day and/or on other days. If so, it’s a bad look for your store/company and you all should maybe have someone else doing at least that part of the job or maybe she’d be better off at another store. From a business standpoint, again, it’s unprofessional to say the least but just not respectful as I’m sure she would Complain (or respond in some type of unorthodox way) if I decided to be a smart Alec or disrespectful to her. Could have been a personal something whatever that could be, but business wise you always address customers with respect.
Someone needs to address her and immediately. I don’t expect this from this store if I have to visit here again.
And ironically by phone I spoke with a gentleman just two days ago, about having some custom stickers made and it wasn’t a negative experience speaking with him and it was much appreciated.
I got a chance to speak with her and give my feedback. She explained that she wa more or less wanting to make sure I got what I needed. Appreciated and understood as I explained that maybe another way of greeting might be better. I thank her for listening and do appreciate and she also explained that she does indeed greet customers by saying other welcome phrases as well. I will also be mindful of that as well on my end.

Very rude staff. The middle aged man at the counter was very rude, and not helpful at all. I would never come back to this location.

Initially posted (had to edut) on how an employee ignored my calls for help. Still do not understand how he did not hear me but did seem very sincere later on and rectified the situation.

Used the self service printer to print photos from my phone and team member Tyrone checked in on me multiple times to help with the process. He was a stud and great to other customers as well. A lovely gem among gems. 11/10

This location will never get my business again. I’ve gave them the benefit of the doubt multiple times. They’re rude and not helpful at all! Every time I go here which is often I run into problems. I hate to point out certain employees but this Asian employee is very rude and a liar. He was not only rude he also left the front and never returned.

Brought in a package to this location that was accidently dropped off at my apartment. I told the employees about it and they told me that they would return it to the company that it was from. Two days later I get home from work and the package is back on my doorstep. I decided to go to a different location to help me and they were alot more professional and helpful than this one.
