Need to have an address label placed on the package The youngster Behind the counter type some information in the computer. I turned my phone around for him to read the address to type in.He said you could do it and turn the dirty computer around for me to use after everybody else had their Germs bacteria on it.I asked him if he could do it for me? He looked at me and said, "Let me know when you are done."I was the only customer in the store with the cashier and the gentleman assisted me. I turned around and told him that I wasn't going to get any help. Then I was just going to report him He said do you want my employee number? I said yes please with the name and the phone number to call. He gave me a bogus phone number.I had to go back in the store after trying to call the number and couldn't get anywhere and ask the cashier for the right phone number. Got no service whatsoever but a lot of aggravchin because the person behind the counter could not do their job.

How is this facility not up with the times. They can not scan your packages to send back a return. Just a waste of time. Will not go back.
