To management and associates here: this store is spotless! I visited the location on 2/8 and the store was orderly.. easy to shop and find what I came in for. The items on the shelves were lined up so neatly! The associate working the register was so nice and friendly. I appreciate shopping in places like this where there’s ease of shopping because everything is placed as it should be! This is one my favorite locations to shop. Thank you

I love this particular Family Dollar more than the others. The lady manager there has always been so friendly and top notch customer service. Peggy at the cash register at this store is also one of my favorite reasons to go in there now, too. She is so friendly and helpful, and makes me laugh! Just the sweetest person, and outstanding customer service! That means a lot anytime, but especially right now thru COVID-19. These employees are just really good people, they make it less of a hassle to go shop. I really appreciate them! I love the selection of items here best, too.

This place looks disgusting inside and outside!! I went inside to get a quick drink from their refrigerated drinks and was discussed with touching anything! Then, the lady that checked me out asked if I wanted some candy to go with my drink! Does she think that I'm some crackhead or something! I looked at her and said that I don't need you soliciting extra stuff to me! I know what I came in the store for!!!?

Lower priced items. Good buys on household items. Everything from clothes to food to automotive items. Usually well stocked. Associates helpful and friendly which is important. I would definitely recommend and purchase again.

This was the Worse Family Dollar I have ever been to. The store was so Junky. There was stuff all over the floor. You had to step over stuff to even walk down the isle. The lady at the register was SO RUDE!!!!! I will never be back knowing I just moved here and this is the service you get. Nasty.

Definitely one of my favorite Family Dollar stores in the Rock Hill area. It's clean, better-than-average-organized, and the employees know their stuff.
