Kinda junky and trashy looking inside and out. Many of the family dollars including in Greenville are like that now. Difficult for me to shop in junky places. Refrigerator doors hanging open, cardboard taped up, trash spilling from cans, etc. The workers are diligently waiting on closing time. The stores on Heckle in Rock Hill and on the bypass in Chester take pride and it shows most of the time.

Good customer service, but the store itself is too small. It needs to be bigger to be able to accomodate more people. I say this since theBi-Lo left that area some time ago, and it might be an opportunity for that location to step up, since they don't have a grocery store to compete with!

I have not been to this store in a long time. And it will be even longer before I ever shop there again. This store has got to be the dirtiest dollar store I have ever been in. There was not a clean piece of floor in the whole store. This store needs to be closed and reorganized and a good cleaning.

They have alot of stuff but it's very unorganized. The discount racks never actually have markdowns on items...some actually are priced higher than the original item on the shelf. Prompt service.

Honestly it should be shut down every single time I go there it's closed during normal business hours!!! if it says it's open at 9:00am you get there at 9:45am and the doors are locked and the lights are out or they have a sign up we're closed at 3:00 today sorry it's constant it's never open when it's supposed to be!!

They only had one register running and a line of customers back to middle of store. They have homeless, wino's pan handling for change,and some man asking for money for some charity.

Walked in and could not navigate the store that easily. Looked like they had unloaded a trailer directly into whatever space they had available on the sales floor.
