I really love the staff and they treat you like family. I appreciate the love that they showed me when my son transitioned in 2011. I want go to another pharmacy because they know your name and al aye try their best to work with you to get the best price for you on your medication because some people can’t afford to pay the high prices for medication..Thanks for the delivery of my meds always on time.

I've never reviewed a store before, but I just had to give this pharmacy five stars. They go above and beyond what the average pharmacy will do in terms of finding discounts, keeping you informed, and helping you get what you need.

Family care specialty pharmacy located in the Harris Teeter shopping center across from the CVS pharmacy at 2760 Celanese Rd Ste 102, Rock Hill, SC 29732 is a Compounding Pharmacy - that’s a tremendously helpful specialty, which is uncommon. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend them as a family owned pharmacy who doesn’t look at its Patients as numbers.

You won’t find a better all round pharmacy! The pharmacists and staff are knowledgeable, friendly and know my name! Communication is so important and Family Care has that covered! I can use their app, text and call. If I have a question or a message I will hear back within the hour. I will never go back to “chain” Big Box pharmacies again.

Friendly service always! ❤️ Will deliver your meds if you are unable to get them. They truly are like Family. They go above and beyond to assist with your needs. I have used all other chain pharmacies and there is no comparison. They treat you like a person and not a number or a mere prescription. So happy I found them!!?

I switched from Walgreens to Family Care 2 years ago and I Promise you it was the Best decision I have ever made ! They are Always super friendly and attentive to my needs ! I recently had knee replacement surgery and within a day of my surgery I received a "Get Well" card from them signed by the whole staff ! Also knowing that I couldn't drive they offered to deliver my medications to my house even though I live far outside their delivery range ! Also I'd like to say that their prices are much much better than anyone else I've seen ! As long as they are there I won't shop anywhere else ! Thank You Lord for these wonderful people ! ?

Great staff here that is always helpful. And because they are not some big franchise Pharmacy, many of their medications are eligible for discounts that you would not be able to get for other locations. They also sell Delta 88 and CBD gummies, which really help me unwind and relax at the end of the day.

Great little pharmacy that has an amazing staff. There are a lot of pharmacies in rock Hill, but I love this one because they have a lot of deals worked out with pharmaceutical companies that make it so cash prices are even cheaper than insurance prices. I’m talking medication that would normally cost three to $500 to refill every month cost only $10-$40 here. This is due to pharmaceutical companies offering special coupons to certain pharmacies.
