If I could leave 0 stars I would! Never had service done, it was the interaction with the guy over the phone as if I was bothering him by calling to see how much a tune up would be on a Volvo and the response I received was very unprofessional and unnecessary. Don’t call or get serviced from here

Chris is a man of high integrity and honesty. He could have taken me for thousands today and I would have never known. Instead, he helped with what was necessary, then took the time to explain what was happening, why, and my best measures to prevent issues. The most honest Mechanic I’ve ever met. VERY knowledgeable. After having my car checked at Audi Charlotte initially, they told me I needed a few things that was going to cost me 3-4k. I took it to Chris and he explained thoroughly why I didn’t need some of the things and even proved it. I left there only spending a little over 1K and my car runs like a dream!

Chris is one of the most knowledgeable mechanics in the Rock Hill area.In this day and age, it is very hard to know who to trust when it comes to repairing your car. Often times, I find that I am being over charged or simple being told to repair things that otherwise do not need repairing.I am thankful that I know Chris! He knows cars inside and out. He is honest about the repairs that need to be done and his pricing is very reasonable.Everyone needs Chris in their corner when it comes to car repairs.

THIS is a man you can trust! As a single mom of 2 boys I needed HELP. Instead of trying to make money off of me on a lot of repairs he gave me the advice I desperately needed and other auto places would never have done. I would absolutely buy a car from this man and trust any repairs he did on my car.

I don't even know where to begin. Amazing is an understatement. Chris, is by far the most stand up, customer dedicated, considerate, and insightful mechanic I've encountered since my original (out of state) mechanic. To make a long story short, I was determined to not spend any more money on my car. I went as far as taking the plate off, before having it towed there. Needless to say, Chris broke everything down to me. Flooded me with VIABLE options, even gave me time to think about them. After weighing, I decided to proceed with repair. Chris made the repair in approx 24 hrs. He originally said it would take a few days. I'm still shocked he was finished so ahead of schedule. After all of the back and forth via text and phone, Chris called me the same day, to follow-up and see how my car was running. He even sent me an Experian check report. I am blown away. I didn't know there was anything other than Carfax. In closing he's an oxymoron - an honest mechanic.

5 stars all day long. Great experience dealing with Mr. Chris. I bought a Mercedes from him and plan to bring it to him for all my service and maintenance. His many years of experience servicing and maintaining European cars or any car for that matter is evident in just speaking with him. Honest, trustworthy and straightforward. Thank you !
