Clerk was not at the register and was down an isle where we could see herald she us. She did not come to check us out until a line formed. Not a great way to treat your customers. I realize you have other duties but your customers should always come first.

We love the convenience of having this store close to us and staying open until 10 pm. The staff are very sweet and personable. That’s a lot to be said as today courtesy is rare.

Not able to give zero!!!Leaving this type of review is very difficult. I know things happen, but this occurs way to often.Not sure if this is specific to a certain store (Eastview road, rock hill, sc) store hours: 8-10. We arrive at 10:30 AM the door is locked and lights are out. This is unacceptable. Not to mention this store always looks dirty and disorganized.

Tried to pick up some medicine for my son. I arrived about ten minutes after opening time and the doors were locked, there was a vehicle in the parking lot but no one in sight and no one answered the phone.

My husband came to this store And a red head employer racially profiled him !!!! In this day and time that’s Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! We will No longer shop here and will call action 9 news !!!

DG was out of a lot of items.Sale items did not ring correctly. This is a turn off to me.This is becoming a habit of Dollar General!! You are not getting the prices you expect!!! Not the first time prices have charged higher, incorrectly !!! That's why I go less and less....no more one day!

Only giving a 1 b/c I have to. Paid with a $100 and was asked if I had a $20. The cashier said all she had was another $100. And of course I asked “In the whole store?” And she said yes, that the other register hadn’t been run today and she just had someone else pay with a $100. I asked if they had a safe with smaller bills and her answer was “We do have a safe but the last time we did that we got screwed over, so they don’t let us break people’s money anymore.” Even though I wasn’t asking to have the $100 broken, I was making a purchase to their store. I feel that this store is not managed well and is run by extremely unprofessional, and inept staff. Who tela a customer that the only cash they have access to is 2 $100 bills??!! 10/05/2020 @ 3:15pm. Dollar General on the corner of Eastview Rd. and Hwy. 5. Cashier with red hair.

The cashier was very nice. She had me laughing about tea her sister made while she and I was confirming an item I was purchasing for my phone. (Car charger)

They are constantly out of products like milk. They evening crew rather stand around then clean.the store is messy and has empty shelves.

No Stars on 12/16/19 the manager was very very rude and tasteless is answering a question that my husband had about some boxes. If I owned the store I would train especially my managers to show some professionals toward patrons of my store. She would not be a manager or any other title.The girl at the register was great though.
