The priority of staff at this location is to talk and have a good time. One register is staffed and the other is card only. And by staffed I mean if you can “find” a staff member not just hanging out in the aisles or acting like it’s a major inconvenience to actually work a cash register. People come and go without being greeted by staff and who knows what they just walk out with on a daily basis as customers are ignored. This place needs some educated, adult level supervision.

Clerk was not at the register and was down an isle where we could see herald she us. She did not come to check us out until a line formed. Not a great way to treat your customers. I realize you have other duties but your customers should always come first.

We love the convenience of having this store close to us and staying open until 10 pm. The staff are very sweet and personable. That’s a lot to be said as today courtesy is rare.

My experience was at store #19406 in Rock Hill SC. I went with my son to buy dog food. MY son entered the store wearing a mask as is normal these days. An employee called my son in front of everyone and told him that it looked like he was going to rob the store. This was offensive and racist because there were more people wearing masks, but the only Hispanics were us.

Not able to give zero!!!Leaving this type of review is very difficult. I know things happen, but this occurs way to often.Not sure if this is specific to a certain store (Eastview road, rock hill, sc) store hours: 8-10. We arrive at 10:30 AM the door is locked and lights are out. This is unacceptable. Not to mention this store always looks dirty and disorganized.

Tried to pick up some medicine for my son. I arrived about ten minutes after opening time and the doors were locked, there was a vehicle in the parking lot but no one in sight and no one answered the phone.
